As soon as walked in, noted the room was the most disgusting hotel room ever been in!!! Couldn’t take off shoes, sit, or lay down it was so nasty! Went straight to desk and they refused refund because my husband had “entered” the room. Do NOT stay here!!!!!
The owner is very very rude. Way too expensive for really dirty rooms. Bathrooms are nasty,no clean sheets or towels. Place is bad. But the owner has the worst attitude I've ever seen. She needs a new career.or not one at all esp that deals with others. Bad all the way around.
If you have any trade skills (painting,roofing,plumbing) run!! She'll let you work for a room but not pay you or feed you, once you get a real job, she'll expect you to pay back rent and any future rent. The owner's son is the worst, if you pay for a week, he'll put you down for one night, make sure to get your receipt. Not just that, he makes the cruelest comments about you, to your face! The long term guests are the coolest people you'll meet, they're the only good thing about this place. Oh they also have the worst maid
Good I wish I can stay longer am homeless I get ss.ssi one a month and I wish they can help me until I get a apartment..thank you for letting me stay here..God bless you..amen
I think one star is generous. Upon entering the room, had to find a way to turn the lights on. The switch on the wall worked but you had to turn the power on at the lamp by screwing in the bulb tighter. Bed was large but low and hard. The lamp shades were in desperate need of replacing. Cigarette holes in the chair, black smudges on the door, curtain to the room didn’t want to close. I honestly didn’t feel like the door was super secure even with the dead bolt and lock on. Air conditioning loud. The 2 mirrors were filthy as well as the hand towel and wash cloth and bat mat towel. Sink counter hadn’t been wiped off and there were droplets on the floor around the toilet seat. Shower had dirty hand prints and the water Luke warm. Toilet backed up; at least the lady at the front desk told me to come get a plunger. Only reason I stayed was because the other hotels in the area were booked and it was super late and I was too tired to drive. Only good thing is it was quiet and I was able to sleep until my back started hurting. Won’t be coming back.
We arrived late at night, when we got there and checked in to two rooms we were to tired to notice the issues. One room did not even soap, and the second had only enough soap for one person. Both rooms are supposed to be non-smoking yet the bed comforters had cigarette holes in them, and one of the rooms still had children's clothes laying in the floor from the previous tenant. When I brought the issue up with the lady at the front desk she apologized, made excuses, handed me a bar of soap. I expected her to offer at least a partial refund for this embarrassment, but she was more worried about explaining away the problem that she was about customer service. I will never stay at this establishment again.
The manager is really rude and we paid weekly and he wouldn't let us get clean towels. He was rude to my children and made us leave at 4pm with no where to go even when we had the money to stay and lied and told us he had no vacancies when in fact he did because he told my sister in law another story. Do not stay here Cuz you won't get anything you need and drink machines and snack machines always empty and my daughter got ate up with something and i don't know what. Bedbugs maybe by reading the other reviews and also police is always there and not safe so kinda glad to have had to leave because i heard its drug infested
No bed bugs yet, but holes in the walls, toliet was broke, sink clogged and full of hair, shower clogged, drawer's full of taco bell and other garbage, fridge nasty, plater and trim falling off. However a hotel cat is about to give birth in our room and we love cats so that's a plus. Dude upstairs is apparently 600 lbs.... and gets up at 4 am. Other than that the maintenance and maid staff were very nice. As well as the 5 year residents. Let's be honest if you come to stay here you are down on your luck. But considering that it ain't to bad.
