I came to this nail salon on Oct 31st to get my nails done. I got a full set they did a really bad job the acrylic was super thick and extremely bumpy. I went in to complain and the man working there told me he would fix my nails himself whenever I was free because he was too busy to fix them when I went in. When I arrived to have them redone he told me someone else would fix them and it happened to be the same lady that did my nails poorly in the first place. She kept telling me they would look better and she could fix them. I told them to just take them off. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted the nails off. But she insisted she could fix them so I let her. While she was fixing them I kept telling her this one is till bumpy and this one is crooked. I got tired of having to keep telling her and just let her finish. At the end they were still very thick and bumpy and the French tips were uneven. I didn’t want to bother trying to get them to understand since they kept brushing me off when I would say I wanted them removed. Aside, from the terrible job I do appreciate them trying to fix the nails and the lady doing them was very kind she just seemed to lack skill. I ended up going to another nail salon and paying to have them fixed even the other salon was surprised with how thick and bumpy they were.
I have been coming here for years. Owners are very friendly and polite. No chemical smell when entering the salon. Tammy is the best! Very consistent. You don't need to tell her what to do. Highly recommended especially to those who are very meticulous and picky

Honestly I was not impressed. It seemed like a rushed job, my nail tech was distracted too, she hurt me too while at it. I asked for a regular nail polish on my feet after a pedicure and it was poorly done, the sides of my nails were not painted... And and strokes weren't neat. I asked for my old gel nail polish on my finger nails to be removed and just clean the nails, it was done poorly too. I still have the bottom layer on nails like I didn't have them professionally removed and they didn't even try to file my nails. I just know I won't be coming back. The nail tech was sweet but her job was not good.
I've been here twice. Once last year for a gel manicure and once a couple of weeks ago for a basic pedicure. My gel manicure color didn't really look like the sample, and peeled within a couple of days. The technician was really kind but her work was not very good. I didn't even get my pedicure. I walked in at 3:00 p.m., when they close at 6:00 p.m., and asked if someone could take me for a simple pedicure. The man, who I'm assuming is the owner, just said no and asked if I wanted to make an appointment for tomorrow. I politely said no thank you and left. Mind you they have a sign that says walk-ins welcome. Apparently not.
