Took my 13 year old daughter in for a spur-of-the-moment helix piercing. I had prepared her that they might be too busy (it was a Saturday and we were walk-ins) but they were happy to accommodate her. The lady at reception (sorry, didn't catch her name) asked all the right questions, including checking what my daughter's school's policy was, and making sure she was prepared for the after-care. The gentleman who did the piercing (sorry, didn't catch his name either!) was very good at putting my daughter at ease, even though she was quite nervous - this was her first needle piercing. We were provided with clear instructions on how to clean and look after the piercing, and it's healing up brilliantly. All in all, a great experience and I've no doubt my daughter will be back for more!
Attended studios with my 10 year old daughter as one of her ear lobes which were pierced in December had closed at the back. We had previously re-visited the shop where they were pierced and told they couldn't do it in the same place as she had scar tissue in the ear.... We attended and Millie saw Darren to re-pierce it. He was quick, efficient and very helpful. He looked at her ear and said there was actually no problem in re-doing at all!!! He swapped the other earring so she has a pair.

Late January 2023 I went to Rude Boy Studios to have some ear cartilage piercings done and wasn't sure on getting my tragus or rook piercing... The piercing artist (Imogen Casey) was so good, I decide to get both! She was friendly, calming and professional. I felt at ease throughout the experience - always a good thing when you've got the pre-piercing nerves! Quick, affordable, clean and safe. Highly recommend.
Really pleased with my experience today. After booking an appointment with another studio and waiting over 40 minutes after my appointment time before giving up and leaving I decided to try Rude Boy. I waited no more than 10 minutes to be seen and I got 2 lobe piercings and a helix. Darren was great, very efficient and friendly and the rest of the staff were lovely.
Fantastic experience as always. Imogen was amazing with me and odd fainting condition. Have used Rude Boys since opening over 20 years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else to be pierced. Neither would my daughters. Looking forward to the next one.
the staff at the front desk were lovely! however…. when i got to my piercing i was sat with Darren. he made me feel nothing but more nervous than i had already felt and was very aggressive and rude. he left the clamp dangling on my nose and didn’t hold onto it. i got out and it was wonky, it may just be the way my septum is shaped but it’s fairly noticeable. the left side is a lot higher than the right side. although as i say all the other staff were lovely and so helpful! would go back, but just with a different person piercing me next time.
Walked in and had my nose piercing with Imogen, her and the lady who greated me, gave me my forms and aftercare (sorry I can't remember her name) where both absolutely lovely and caring. Both very customer focus and friendly.
Everything was sterile, clean and pouched. I'd definitely recommend to anyone and no doubt I'll be back for another piercing and likely a new tattoo addition.
