I am not from the area and came here on a recommendation. I came with 5 other women to get our nails done for my wedding. We had 6 manicures and 5 pedicures and we all were done within an hour and a half.
I can be picky about my nail shape and usually end up having to reshape them on my own once I am home. I have been getting dip manicures for the past few months to find something I like. Winnie, who did my nails got the shape perfectly! She has great attention to detail and got every bit of my nail when applying the dip. I also have sensitive cuticles which have bled every other time I got my nails done. She was so careful and did the first time my cuticles didn’t bleed!
All the ladies were thrilled with their nails and I am so impressed at how efficiently they got us all done!
If I lived in the area I would go here all the time!

This location has continued to go further and further down hill in service. From making customers wait from 45 minutes and more for scheduled appointments, constantly late getting me into the chair. Minimum experience with real nails. As well as making appointments and forgetting to write them down. I have been coming here for over 10 years and at this point I'd rather drive to Canandaigua and go to Chaussie at Lindsey's Nails than have them take the polish of my toes! #Disgusted
Pedicure was excellent. During nail fill, was spoken to like I was stupid, constant speaking not in English that felt very much about me and when do you get your nails filled that they don't clean under your nails? I was told to use a lemon to clean dirty nails. So condescending!!my weren't dirty, just curled from growth. She also stabbed my fingers constantly with her pointy nails
Liam is amazing at pedicure massages! He was recommended by friends of mine and I was not disappointed. Caroline gave me a beautiful French manicure and understood that I didn't want my fingernails filed down to stubs, so thank you!! There are so many colors to choose from - you had better go early to pick. They accept walk-ins, but I would recommend an appointment because high quality salons are busy.
I love my nail tech, Kween. They all do a very good job and always courteous.
Wonderful experience!! We got pedicures out on out girls’ day and the whole thing was very comfortable. And the nail polish was applied so purposefully, great job!! Would very much reccomend and I will definitely be coming back! :)
Absolutely love Amelia! Won't have anyone else do my nails! Winnie is great as well, I prefer her only waxing My eyebrows, won't let anyone else do it! Pleasant experiences from me!
My pedicure was OK except for being stabbed once with one of their sharp instruments. I can live with that. What was very upsetting to me was I had 3 $50 gift certificates which which they refused to allow me to use. 2 of the certificates were from 2019 and 1 was from 2020. I have an auto immune disease and explained I couldn't come because of covid and they couldn't have cared less. The woman finally relented and allowed me to use the newest certificate, but they still got $100 of free money for providing absolutely no service. I believe that is wrong and petty. I don't care to return there.
IN RESPONSE TO THEIR COMMENT: You know very well the past 2 years have been an exceptional and difficult time and there should be some leeway allowed for extenuating circumstances. That is not at an acceptable answer. You took $100 and provided nothing in return.
