Quick Facts About S T Nails
ST Nails Place, based on the comments provided, has several strengths and weaknesses. To provide a comprehensive analysis, the strengths and weaknesses will be discussed separately.
Strengths:
1. Affordable prices: One of the strengths of ST Nails Place is its affordability. Many customers appreciate the lower prices compared to nearby nail salons. For individuals on a budget, this can be a major selling point.
2. Availability of appointments: Another strength is that the salon accepts appointments. This can be convenient for customers who prefer to plan their visits in advance and avoid waiting times.
3. Staff friendliness: Some customers mentioned that the staff at ST Nails Place were nice and polite. This can create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients.
Weaknesses:
1. Poor quality service: One of the main weaknesses identified in the comments is the poor quality of service. Several individuals reported rushed services, resulting in missed spots and unsatisfactory nail designs. The technicians were also accused of hurting customers by cutting their skin or nails, leading to discomfort and pain. This indicates a lack of attention to detail and inadequate training.
2. Lack of skill and expertise: Many customers expressed dissatisfaction with the skills and expertise of the technicians. The comments mention instances where the acrylic fills and nail fixes were not well done, resulting in flat, thin, and mismatched nails. The polish application was described as sloppy, leading to chipped nails within a short period. This suggests a lack of professional training and experience among the staff.
3. Inconsistency in results: Customers also mentioned experiencing inconsistency in the quality of services provided. Some visits may have been satisfactory, whereas others resulted in dissatisfaction. Inconsistency can create uncertainty and make it difficult for customers to trust the salon for consistent results.
4. Lack of customer care: Another weakness highlighted in the comments is the lack of customer care. Customers mentioned feeling rushed and that the technicians did not take enough time to provide a thorough and relaxing service. Some customers reported bleeding during the pedicures, but no effort was made to address or rectify the issue. This lack of care and attention can create a negative experience for customers.
5. Limited longevity of services: Multiple customers reported that their polish started coming off within a short period, typically a few days. This suggests that the application process or the quality of products used may be subpar. For customers looking for long-lasting results, this can be a major drawback.
In summary, while ST Nails Place offers affordable prices, availability of appointments, and friendly staff, it falls short in terms of service quality, skill and expertise, consistency, customer care, and longevity of services. These weaknesses significantly impact the overall customer experience and give rise to numerous complaints and dissatisfaction. Potential customers may want to consider these factors before choosing ST Nails Place for their nail care needs.

Made appointments, Went in with my mom on mothersday. Lady she had for pedi and mani was rough with her hands… my mom has carpel tunnel and the lady squeezed her hand hurt her and cut her foot during pedi made her bleed. Polish was not that great of a job. My pedi was fine but my acrylic fill and nail fixes came out not great… flat and thin no shape did not match rest of my nails/shape and missed tons of spots on various sides. They do not care here to do a good job they get just through you as quick as possible to go onto the next and we had appointments. They do not good enough and definitely not perfect. Also rough with older people not gentle. They just don’t care
Came in today as a walk-in pedicure. The pedicure was very rushed. Normally takes about 30-40 minutes to perform she was done in 15. I got the step #2 pedicure. $45. Anyways. I got regular polish, black. I know this will fix in a few days with a shower but I go to the nail salon because they should be able to paint my nails. Wanted this place to work as I used to come here a lot a few years ago. Probably won’t be back again for awhile. My foot just looks dirty.
Did no design tht I wanted. I literally walked out ripping the polish off I hate my nails tht bad. The middle is supposed to be a butterfly ???? when I asked for ones in containers they had. Unfortunately this is the childish design I got. And the polish is sloppy have it all over my fingers and in my cudicls .
UPDATE : In less than 6 hours I snapped a nail, looking noticed he basically left no acrylic on my nail so my real nail broke off ???? I am not a happy person cause now I have to go somewhere else and have it fixed !????
You get what you pay for. The last 3 times I’ve been here for pedicures I’ve had to have another employee repaint because multiple spots had been missed. When I had my fingernails done here in November the color wasn’t anything near what I wanted, so the guy “fixed them”. I went somewhere else to have them taken off which took forever because in the process of “fixing” the color, dude got heavy handed with the drill and took my original nail down so thin that it was painful. It took almost 7 months to grow out the ridges and brittleness (and that’s from having them done only 1 time).
I finally learned after this pedicure that I won’t be back for another one. Pay a little more and actually get your money’s worth. Yes, they are the cheapest. No, they aren’t worth the money.
I was very ???? disappointed. The people seem nice. But. My pedicure and manicure were quick and not very relaxing. My nail polish came completely off the next day and a few of my toe nails polish chipped. I went back to have them fix my toes and gave up on the nails. I didn't even ask for my money back or a discount. The people were not very nice and my toe nails chipped again within a week. Needless to say I won't be back. $75. Is a lot to pay for the polish to not even last a week ??
I have tried to support this business MANY times, but this last visit was THE last straw.
First of all, there's a man who attempted to do my pedicure. This man turned the drill up SO high and proceeded to remove the gel off my toes while my feet were wet and he burned the hell out of my toe nails. I repeatedly told him he was hurting me and he insisted it was "just me." Terrible.
I was in physical pain while he was doing my toes and legitimately didn't care. Next, he rushes while doing my pedicures/nails EVERY time and they ALWAYS chip. There's no reason a gel manicure should chip within a week.
The prices are PHENOMENAL compared to nearby places, but if you want to be in physical pain or want your nails to barely last, you get what you pay for. Stay far away. I hope they replace the man who's so rough and rushes nails. Bad service
I’m super disappointed in this place. I’ve been here quite a few times. My grandmother and I always make our appointments. Our appointment time was 12:00, and no one even started our nails til 1:00. The guy is the one who always ends up doing my nails. Every single time he rushes to get my nails done. And every time he’s constantly cutting my skin rushing with the drill. This time he cut me twice. Even after I washed my hands and came back to my seat for him to paint them, my skin was still bleeding and he didn’t even wipe it and still continued to just paint my nails. He rushes with painting my nails, even missed quite a few painting the sides of my nails. I told him I wanted them matte and not glossy. After I put my first hand under the dryer (I got gel) and when I took it out, it was glossy. I told him that wasn’t matte. He laughed it off and said “oh the bottles are the same.” So he then put on the matte. After I get out to the car and saw my nails in the sun. I was totally unhappy with how they turned out. There’s steaks on every nail. 4 of them have bumpy things on them and are rough. After paying $62 to this place, I won’t be back. I didn’t go back in to have them fixed because my fingers were so sore from him cutting my skin. In a few days once my fingers aren’t sore I will go back to my usual place, Anthony Vince and have my nails fixed, which will cost me another $30. My grandmother got a manicure and the lady who did hers cut her twice as well. The saying is true… “You get what you pay for” Just because this place is cheaper for a fill or full set, it’s not worth it.
I have gone here a couple times. Every time it feels like they are rushing through my nails. The person who did my nails was very heavy with the drill and hurt many times each time I went. This last time was the worst. My nails were done poorly both with the acrylic and the polish. I ended up go back two days later asking them to fix it. They were nice and tried to fix it but it didn't get any better my nails were still overall done poorly. For the amount of money it costs for nails I just want them to last a good amount of time it has now been about a week and polish is coming off and one of my nails broke. I do not recommend this place and I will not be returning.
