Great vibe and the best place to get a haircut!!!
Too much talking and watching videos. I went in the shop to get a hair cut. My requests were, just don't touch the top of my hair and remove the side burns. Rather than follow directions he chose not to. He forgot what I wanted obviously, because I felt the clippers going up more. He had it low how I wanted and then all of a sudden I looked in the mirror again it was incorrect. The other guy saw what he did and it became what they thought was a inside joke, but I wasn't laughing. Looking at the mirror he went too far up on my hair. If he wasn't talking or watching videos he would've been able to pay attention to the job at hand. I will never sit in his chair again.
Shay is always on point. She has all of her client's looking sharp. Boogie, keeps my son hair tight. I LOVE THIS SALON and BARBERSHOP.
Barbers actually leave in between haircuts with a lot of people waiting to get there haircut. They show no urgency to get as many customers done as possible. Plus the barbers don't track the orders in which customers come in.
Excellent service all of the barber's in this shop are top notch would recommend you stop by and find your favorite ????????????

SHAY IS THE OWNER OF SALON 331. I GOT TO SALON 331 AROUND 6:30/6:45, BUT DIDN'T LEAVE UNTIL 11:00 THAY NIGHT.
1.) SHE OVER BOOKS HER APPOINTMENTS TO MAKE UP FOR THE SALON NOT BEING OPEN ON THE WEEKEND (THE HAIR SALON PORTION).
2.)SHE WHISPERS IN THE EARS OF HER COWORKERS AND CUSTOMERS ABOUT OTHER CUSTOMERS!!!! WHERE'S THE PROFESSIONALISM? WHERE'S THE RESPECT?
3.)SHE DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO PROPERLY SEW IN AN INVISIBLE PART. ON TOP OF THAT, SHE OVER CHARGES FOR HER SEW IN. $125 FOR AN INCORRECT HAIR STYLE.
I RECOMMEND VIEWING PICTURES OF THE DESIRED HAIR STYLE DONE BY THAT PARTICULAR STYLIST BEFORE LETTING THEIR PAWS TOUCH YOUR HAIR...JUST BECAUSE THEY OWN A HAIR SALON & BEEN DOING HAIR FOR ABOUT TEN YEARS DOESN'T MEAN THEY CAN DO HAIR. I ADVISE THESE HAIR STYLISTS TO STAY UP ON THEIR GAME.
