After todays experience, I will never go back.
The stylist COMPLETELY BOMBED my sons hair… not even close to the length I asked for. I called after I left to voice my concerns, and the girl says “There’s nothing we can do about it, it’ll grow back”. And hung up on me…. I was shocked. Tried to call back twice and they let it ring and then picked up the phone and hung up on me. Honestly, if I was being rude to her on the phone about it I would have understood a reaction like that.. but I was completely polite and on the verge of crying. Yeah… it is just hair, and it will grow back. But take accountability and handle it in a professional manner. Disappointing for sure.
Aubrey and Natalie are my go toos here since bailey left, Jess does terrific work as well. Congrats on the baby Aubrey and she never fails on a fresh clean cut and Natalie we love you ❤️❤️ my slightly autistic daughter took to her quicker than iver seen and she did such a great job on her hair and mine. LITERALLY THE ONLY PLACE I GO FOR A HAIR CUT!!!

A year ago I left a 5 star review but after todays experience, I had to unfortunately update it. My fiancée came in to get his haircut today. We've been here plenty of times and haven't had any issues until now. The girl who used to act of more of an assistant (checking people in, cleaning, and taking payments) was now a stylist and it was immediately clear that she needs more experience or training before charging anyone for her services. His hair is chopy, uneven, neck left unshaved. I've attached pictures to this review because I honestly have no clue how a simple cut could have gone so wrong.
Amazing as always, was there a long wait? Yep, was I ok with that? Yep, I went during an obviously busy time, I know some may have been upset with the wait (and shame on them:) if your hair salon has zero wait when it's during normally busy hours, common sense might tell you, that place is no good. It was busy because they are AMAZING here and totally worth the wait:)
I showed up at 1030 am. Waited untill 1230 to get a hair cut I seen so many people come in and get their service before I did who were not scheduled. Do NOT come here they will treat you like garbage. I definitely won't be back!
I've been going to Nanette for at least ten years. She's amazing! The salon is always clean and staff is always friendly. Nanette does great colors and cuts and styles! She cut my hair today and it feels so soft! Below is the before (taken yesterday) and the after (taken by Nanette in the salon today).
I've been coming to this location (Syracuse) for at least 13+ years because I love the ladies and how they take care of me (Natalie is the best). However, today I drove from North Ogden to Syracuse as I've been doing for two years since I moved to get my eyebrows waxed. I showed up at 3:15 (45 mins before closing) and was denied service because they were booked the rest of the day. Although their hours on Sunday are open until 4:00 for walk ins. I wasn't asked what service I needed which was an eyebrow cleanup and usually takes about 5 minutes for me and they had one family of 3 people waiting for the next 45 minutes with 3 ladies working. Super frustrating to make that drive for a generally quicker service and be turned away well before the closing time. This is also disappointing when I've called to make an appt and been told they only do walk ins for that service. I just lost a hour of my time plus gas. What good is forced walk ins and a closing time if you're going to be denied??? Yet, I'll likely still go back because they're that great but I hope they make a change. I recommend calling ahead to make sure you can be seen before you drive there....
