Quick Facts About Snappy Nails

Snappy Nails is a nail salon that receives mixed reviews from customers. While some customers praise their services and the expertise of certain technicians, there are numerous complaints about the quality of their work, their outdated techniques, and the overall cleanliness and professionalism of the salon. As we analyze the comments, we will be able to better understand the strengths and weaknesses of Snappy Nails.
Starting with the strengths, one customer mentions that they had a positive experience with a technician named Lee. They commended his expertise and attention to detail, stating that their nails turned out perfect. Another strength mentioned is the pricing, with one customer noting that Snappy Nails offers more competitive prices in comparison to other salons in the Apopka and surrounding areas.
However, the weaknesses of Snappy Nails become more prominent as we analyze the comments further. Multiple customers express their dissatisfaction with the salon's ability to provide nail art and shape nails properly. This suggests that Snappy Nails might not have the skilled technicians or the updated techniques to satisfy customers seeking more intricate or trendy nail designs.
Furthermore, the salon is criticized for their lack of knowledge about current nail trends. One customer mentions that boxy French tip nails are outdated, and it is disappointing that Snappy Nails has not kept up with current fashion. This suggests that the salon might not prioritize staying informed and up-to-date with the latest nail trends.
Cleanliness and professionalism are also concerns raised by customers. Some customers complain that the service tables are dirty and dusty, suggesting a lack of attention to hygiene and cleanliness. Additionally, private rooms are described as dirty, with old plastic paper on the bedding tables. Transparency and hygiene are crucial in a nail salon, so these complaints raise serious concerns about Snappy Nails' practices.
Another issue raised by customers is the rushed nature of the services provided. Many customers complain about feeling rushed during their appointments, which can lead to mistakes and poor quality work. One customer specifically mentions that their nails were not shaped properly, and the fill was applied too far away from the cuticles, causing their nails to look grown out after a week. Rushed service can be seen as a weakness because it compromises the quality and durability of the nail treatments.
Customer service also appears to be a weakness at Snappy Nails. One customer recounts an experience where they had to wait for an hour despite other available workers. Additionally, they mention that the technician was inappropriate and unprofessional by slapping their foot. This level of unprofessional behavior can heavily impact a customer's experience and could lead to negative reviews and public perceptions of the salon.
Finally, there are complaints about the longevity of the nail treatments provided by Snappy Nails. One customer mentions that their nails started chipping only three days after getting them done, despite paying for the more expensive powder option. This indicates that Snappy Nails might not use high-quality products or techniques that ensure long-lasting results, which is a significant weakness considering the cost of manicures and pedicures.
In conclusion, Snappy Nails has its strengths such as competitive pricing and the expertise of certain technicians. However, the salon faces significant weaknesses including the inability to provide intricate nail art and shape nails properly, a lack of knowledge about current trends, cleanliness and professionalism concerns, rushed services, poor customer service, and short-lived nail treatments. These weaknesses can have a detrimental effect on the overall customer experience and the reputation of Snappy Nails as a salon.

Best TL Reviews

This is not a salon for young people. They can’t do nail art or shape your nails well. I came in at 920a and left at 1215p!!!
I asked for a short set, French tip with a thin line. I couldn’t even get that. They colored the entire tip of my nail and argued with me.
It’s 2022!!! People don’t wear boxy French tip nails anymore. Catch up! I told him to just leave it alone. I couldn’t take it anymore. Now my nails don’t match my toes ???? I respect the effort but it was so ugly. The fee was $75. I paid and left with half of a service. Never again.
I had the pleasure of getting my nails dipped and my pedicure done today by a lovely gentleman by the name of Lee. Don’t let his young looks fool you this guy knows what he was doing. Not only that but this business has been the best priced (around Apopka and the surrounding areas) with quality that the competition can’t compare to. I’m very picky about my nails and the thickness and the smoothness. They are PERFECT. He asked me several times if they looked good to me to make sure we were on the same page. Thank you snappy nails, I’ll be back!
They are not careful with their craftsmanship. The service tables are dirty and dusty from other nail jobs--just nasty. The private rooms are dirty with old plastic paper on the bedding tables.
Some of the techs are decent (yet not the best) but not the one I had when I visited. I am not going back. The last lady who did my nails was extremely rushed. Burnt my nails with the drill multiple times. She was even looking away. My nails are not shaped properly and she put my fill in a little to far away from my cuticles, so my nails look grown out after only a week.
AVOID THIS NAIL SALON!!!
Worst nails I have ever gotten done. The lady who did my nails didn't even know what french tip was and covered over half my nail with white. Then she proceeded to get mad at me when I told her they were wrong and said she would paint over them. It was super rushed and my nails look horrible as they have bubbles and are crooked, the tips curl upward, and the cuticles are a mess. I also witnessed multiple people with appointments wait over an hour because they were way over booked. While my nails were drying, three other customers were talking to me abiut how they did not like their nails because they were messy and their tech was in a rush. Seriously listen to me when I say DO NOT GO HERE.
Was here from 9:30 openingto 12:30 .
3 hours the techs cut up and injured almost every cuticle. Hands are dry and in pain. I’m in a bad mood. Guess that’s why they are called snappy nails. They’ll make you SNAP. Don’t go here if you absolutely don’t have to
worst experience ever they made me wait 1 hour when there was other workers available to do a pedicure and they where just getting up and leaving their place very unprofessional.. the lady doing my pedicure cut my toe and made me bleed didn't even say sorry and proceeded to slap my foot like who does that? and still wanted a tip i'm sorry but this place is a big no for me.
DO NOT COME HERE! The owner or owners wife did my nails and to begin with she was rushing and burnt my skin and cuticles several times with the filer/drill. She cut down my nails without measuring the length to make sure they match and as you can see the one nail is shorter than the rest. Gel polish finish not as clean and in my skin. Definitely will not be going back
Don't waste your time and your going to that place. Got my nails done 3 days later everything started shipping. I got the powder too which is more expensive. When I go to other places it usually lasts me 3 weeks.
