they are very rude and the lady who braided my hair was rough. i stayed because i was desperate to get my hair done but i will not be going back . they also make you pay when they half way done with your hair . i have never heard anything like that. very unprofessional . they laugh and talk to each other in their language the entire time.

I loved my service! Ms.Soda and her stuff was very nice and helpful. My hair is absolutely beautiful!! They made my experience amazing for my Birthday trip. I will definitely keep going here.

I love going here for my braids I got bohemian knotless last time and they supply the hair! it’s always so neat and clean and they last long i’m not sure why they are bad reviews bc their always nice to me when i go

They are so rude. I tried them out because my regular braiding salon was all booked up. I will never and I mean ever give these rude ladies my money ever again. They roll their eyes at you and talk to you like you’re a child. Don’t go here if you’re looking for good customer service because you won’t find it here. It was a horrible experience and I hope they get shut down. Nasty attitudes. Won’t recommend!!!

Unorganized..doesn't communicate. Should invest in a daily planner/log or schedule so that when things come up costumers can be contacted prior to arriving to salon and just waiting around for a stylist.

The hair stylists lack professional etiquette. They advertise online that the shop opens at 8am but when you get there they tell you it’s 10am. However they show up at 10.30am, no apologies whatswhoever. They do braids EXTREMELY tight and with no break, but the hair stylist has the audacity to take a break to eat and leave you waiting for her. They will be talking their language, probably discussing their clients which is very unprofessional. They don’t value their clients. Their prices are way over the roof! I would not recommend this place even to my worst enemy!

My mom deserves her money back!! I went here yesterday September 5,2021. I came to get box braids which I thought would be great. First you say “ come at ten 30 and u show up 2 hours late ms lady. On the other hand your mean and aggressive on my hair. I have sentive hair, now I can’t even go to fricking sleep because of the pain my whole scalp hurts so don’t go here it is the worst braiding shop I ever went to
