I was in Chicago visiting had an emergency nail issue and the gentleman in the salon was great! Very kind and did a fantastic job! He used the clear nails and my nails still look freshly done and it's been almost 3 weeks ago! I recommend him highly!
Came to the nail shop by invitation of my best friend and I will definitely be back. Carine was AMAZING! She suggested my color and design and I'm so glad she did! She has such a gentle touch and was such a pleasure to be with for my nail appointment. Again, I'll definitely be back????
First time coming here and I am not the type to write reviews ever. Walked into my appointment and showed the male what I wanted, for reference ( I wanted the Burberry design on one nail and the rest red) I asked him before hand if he could do the design and he said yes. I assumed they could because it is also a picture they have on their images. Towards the end he kept saying my nail was too small to do and would repeatedly laugh. I do have small hands but that has never been a problem anywhere else I’ve gone to. He kept looking at my nail saying it was gona be too small so I got frustrated and just told him to paint them all red in that case. I also asked for coffin shape and got no where near to that. My nails look bumpy and super thick. I love trying new places but I will definitely not be coming back! Felt like I was being made fun of.
Came on a Friday evening and did not have an appointment. I desperately needed the acrylic soaked off from another salon and I wanted to do dip instead of a new set. I was seated right away and did not have to wait.
All staff is very friendly and welcoming. I was greeted right away by Linda. During my visit, all staff did have on mask. They have stickers on the floor to promote social distancing. They have the nail technicians distanced and sat customers that were getting pedicures apart (every other chair). They do require you to wash your hands before service and they sell a safety toolbox for $5. I did witness during my visit, the staff was disinfecting after each customer. I even saw them using Clorox wipes on the handles and backs of the pedicure chairs.
Katie is one of the nail technicians that did the soak off and dip for me. Katie is so nice, gentle and does really good work. They have many colors to choose from.
I recommend this salon for your next pamper. They also do a great job at waxing and eyebrow tinting.

The nail tech didn’t do a good job with my nails. There was paint smeared at the outside of my nails. And I waited longer to get my feet done. I started at 11:30am. Nails for feet didn’t get done until 1:30pm.
Just don't come here they have inexperienced nail techs and when I was not happy with my nails the owner tried to say it was my fault my nails looked awful
I believe the owner took care of me. She was kind and gave me a wonderful pedicure, AMAZING nails. I never get powdered nails but she suggested and did an AMAZING job. She was so gentle that l almost fell asleep. Thank you so much. So APPRECIATIVE.
Linda, Katie and Ann all do great pedicures. I especially love how Linda does my nails, they always look great and last! Great place for eyebrows. Been coming here for about 5 years. Reasonable. Friendly.
