Freaking amazing service. Such a relaxing and super clean atmosphere. I've been going to the same place for 20 years. That person takes care of me to a certain point, but she also has had her share of changes, plus her 2 coworkers do not support her. Even the way my own nail lady has been doing my nails....all WRONG. I am extremely impressed and grateful! My bff whom I trust highly, recommended Mimi and I was able to bring a friend with scheduled appointments.

On top of all this awesomeness, it didn't even take an hour. My place, I am usually there for 2 hours plus. And always wait. Even with my scheduled appointments. . I may have found a new place to trust. Thanks Mimi and crew!!!!

OMG, used to go to the nail salons across the street by festival and target- NEVER AGAIN! Star Nails has totally upped my standards, I didn’t even know it existed until I stumbled upon it one night picking up a pizza. I just had a bad experience at “the-salon-across-the-street” (which i will not name but i’m sure you can guess: rhymes with lazy…) I needed a new set of acrylics for a vacation down south and wanted them to be really special, thank god I went out on a limb and booked with Star Nails! I’ve seen many ladies since switching but Lee and Mimi are the best. Mimi did my first set ever with them, stunning. It was exactly what I had asked for, unlike other nail techs I’ve seen. Got so many compliments, Mimi and Lee are talkative and fun and funny! At the end of my service they escorted me to the front to pay and they gave me a punchcard! after 5 visits you get $5 off any service and after 10 you get $10 off! On top of their amazing pricing… like hello!!! Again, never had a nail salon so this but It is genius. Anyways, if you are thinking about trying Star nails do it 100%. It will be worth every bit of time and money you have to drive over to luckys instead of target or festival or snap fitness. THANK YOU STAR NAILS LADIES!

I came here looking to get a nice full set and that is exactly what I left with. I feel the quality of the nail is nice. They didn’t have the product to do the newer up to date nice stuff like ombre powders, but they do have the nail dip powder . Woman’s name who did my nails was Tiffany . I would definitely recommend her she did a beautiful job.

LOVE Star Nails! Angela for pedicures, she’s phenomenal. Tiffany or Mimi for acrylic nails. They do great work with attention to detail. Everyone takes their time to ensure the services provided are top notch. It’s a relaxed environment. Hands down, they are the best nail salon in Andover & the surrounding areas.

Great place. Went with my sister and we were already making plans for our next appointment before our pedicure was finished. We got the Delux and it was worth it.

I absolutely love Star nails! I highly recommend them. I see Mimi for my manicures. She does wonderful fun designs. She came up with a great design for the 4th of July and I love it. I see Lynn for my pedicures. I had foot surgery and I have a constant cramp feeling in the bottom of my foot. She knows the exact pressure to give my 1 foot and it's so relaxing. Very friendly atmosphere.

Star Nails does a great job! I have been seeing Mimi for my nails for about 20 years. They are all so sweet and kind. Their salon is also very clean, and those ladies work hard and take pride in their work and their customers!

Mimi does an amazing job! She has been doing my nails for 16+ years. She always does a great job. Love my nails! She also gives THE BEST pedicures! Their new shop looks awesome. Mike and Tiffany are also wonderful manicurists. Always so professional and welcoming!! I highly recommend visiting Star Nails.
