I was really pumped to try this place after a friend recommended it. My pedicure looks good but super disappointed in the quality of my manicure. I got it done on Sunday (it is now Thursday- so there is a little bit of my natural nail growth) my issue is there are visible layers from the uneven polish. It’s obvious some coats of paint didn’t cover my entire nail. I was disappointed immediately after and I wanted to go back the next day to have them fix it, but I didn’t have time. It’s been days and I’m still irritated by the job they did.
My elementary aged daughter and I received excellent manicures: I had an SNS dip manicure and she had a gel manicure. These were the fastest - but not rushed! - manicures we’ve ever had, which I appreciated because we had limited time. There were many color options for both types of manicures, and we had comfortable manicure stations next to each other. I look forward to returning for manicures and other services.
Wow, I just had my nails done at this salon and I have to say, the technician named Tee did an amazing job! I am always so picky with my nails and I have a hard time finding someone who can get them just right, but Tee did it perfectly. I am so impressed and I highly recommend this salon to anyone who is looking for a great nail experience. The other technicians are also super friendly and kind, which just adds to the overall great atmosphere of the salon. I will definitely be back!
I just had the most amazing experience at the nail salon! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and welcoming vibes. The atmosphere of the salon was so relaxing and I immediately felt at ease. The nail technician, Tee, was absolutely fantastic. She listened to exactly what I wanted and executed it perfectly. My nails turned out exactly how I imagined and I am absolutely thrilled with the final result. Tee was so kind and professional throughout the entire process. I will definitely be returning to this salon for all of my nail needs. Thank you Tee and the rest of the team for such a wonderful experience!
Worst sns I’ve ever had, my nails are all shaped completely different. The tops are think and uneven, literally flat in some places and the part where my cuticle is is the worst I’ve ever seen. I tried getting it fixed while she was doing them but she literally just kept making it worse. I left in a horrible mood, and very unsatisfied. Please do not go here. 50 dollars wasted!
So earlier today I called to make an appointment for pedicure and manicure for myself and kids manicure for my 9 year old. Before making the appointment I asked how much for kids manicure they told me $12. I went to my appointment and as soon as I arrived they made us feel very uncomfortable. They were just staring at us for a good 2min and then asked what did we need. They did not make us feel welcomed AT ALL! The lady who did my child’s nail’s was criticizing how short her nails were and did everything so quick. The lady who did my MANI/PEDI was being so rough and doing her job so quick and just kept huffing and puffing as if she hated her job. I’ve gone to Starlight many times and NEVER EVER have I been treated like this! The previous lady’s that have been there were always so welcoming and happy. They would ask me if wanted something to drink and if everything was fine but this time the service that we received was just DISGUSTING! When it was time to pay they told me that kids manicure was $20 and I told them that someone over the phone told me it was $12 then she just came up with some dumb explanation that made no sense and told me she would give me $2off and the lady who did my nails was just standing there waiting for me to tip her after the terrible service I received. Yeah, I don’t think so. I’m very disappointed with the service my daughter and I received today.
Wonderful experience here as always! Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Always offered a drink and they bring over a little snack. I’ve had gel pedicures & dip manicures done. Very pleased with both!
I do my manicures and pedicures here and always have a fun experience. Staff are friendly, accommodating and professional.
