pedicure was amazing and she was sweet. whoever did my manicure was horrible. She didn’t know how to my design (mistletoe) and didn’t have enough stickers for the alternative i chose. she gave me attitude the whole acting like im asking for a lot when i painted $60 for her glue the sticker when it came before i even left! won’t be going back
Loooovveee it here! I've been coming to this nail shop for over a year and a half! Their nails NEVER lift and they give amazing quality service. Everyone is super nice and everyone does great work. I usually get my eyebrows done, acrylic gel nails and gel pedicures. They like to take their time they never rush you. This place is so good that it gets packed! So make sure you come early, especially on weekends! Thanks Andy, Lily, Kim, Diane and Lee! You guys are awesome!
Overall the place is great! They get quite busy even when having about 8 or so workers. As people came in and had to wait they continued to accommodate and let the customers know how long it would be until they were going to be taken care of. The customer service is great despite what others may have stated! I definitely will be back!
**Update: I changed my rating from 4 stars to 1 star because my nails didn't last over a week before the acrylic came off my nail. I always get an overlay to help my nails grow out, and the acrylic cracked and chipped leaving my nail exposed .
What I asked for versus what I got. No That’s it. They had bad costumer service and I saw a few people before me walk out for the same reason. I wasted my money here bc my nails came out so bad and not even the color I wanted. I was shocked with the fact that I asked for purple and their own products didn’t even work. The purple acrylic powder that they put on my nails was clumpy and different colors. After that, they basically forced me to get white because their purple product didn’t work when I wanted to walk out. Don’t waste your time and money here.
Got a fill and polish change on my toes. I'm new to the area and this was my first time. Lee was nice and did a great job on my hands. He Very attentive and engaging. Pat did a wonderful job as well on my toes. My toes looked like I got a pedi and I didn't (this time) lol. I will be back. Price was affordable.
This used to be my favorite spot to go to until I started going every two weeks and the wait got longer and longer. Most of the time people who got there after me would go before me. I just waited 30 minutes just for my eyebrows and I still didn’t even get them done. May does really good pedicures but I will no longer return as a client since they’re customer service isn’t good anymore.
They nail techs need to be trained probably, they do not know how to do nails at all! The pedicure was awful as well! The nail tech that did my full set left my nails different shapes and different thickness. He didn't even know how to apply nail polish to the nails. I was trying to be nice and give him a chance since he had already started them but when he started my pedicure he didn't take off any dead skin around the nails he just buffed them and painted them he didn't paint them correctly either! Worse experience ever never again will I be returning to this nail salon. I'd rather keep driving to my original place 10 miles away.
Horrible service! I signed in waited about 45 minutes, no one asked or informed me about anything, at one point one of the girls finished getting her nails done and asked me with disbelief if I was really still waiting. All the employees just kept looking up at me without saying a word, at least not to me, they were having full blown convos. with each other. I went down the street to 75th n lower buckeye location, way quicker and much more friendly! Never again will i go back to Sunrise nails & spa!!
