I went here to get my nails done and at first was completely in love with the color and design that I chose. This aside, the man that did my nails was extremely rough, I was bleeding on three different fingers at one point, and he never pushed back or clipped down the cuticles. The acrylic nails were done over my cuticles and nail bed and within two days we’re already starting to fall off because they were improperly done. Now it’s a week later and I have two nails that have fallen off one that’s extremely loose and painful and extra acrylic hanging over my cuticles inside of the nails because they were improperly done. Would not recommend the service to anyone else.
I’m not one to ever complain about my nails. Beautiful place & great workers. I went about 4 days ago and waited two hours and it took almost an hour to do my nails I wasn’t complaining cause I didn’t make an appointment and I noticed when I got in the car that my two nails were completely facing the wrong way. 2 days later my pinky nail just snapped off so I went there and asked them to fix it which they did but the nail was longer than my other pinky and not coffin shaped but I didn’t complain cause it was free and I waited over an hour. Then tonight comes around and my pointer finger nail just popped off. It was my first time ever going here they were really nice and genuine. I usually go to a different salon but they were closed I’ve never had that bad of an issue at that place. Btw my nails when I get them done they usually stay on for about a month or longer. I’m not gonna except it since I paid 45 dollars when I didn’t even do anything fancy plus I tipped 10 dollars I did simple nails. I will be getting a refund because this is not what I expected. Also this is my first ever review in my whole life because I’m usually a very understanding person if someone makes a mistake but I don’t appreciate this at all.
Best place in the world to get your nails done, they actually do amazing work and they are less expensive then anyother place I've tried, they listen to what I want done and they always give me exactly what I ask for, most places I need to get my nails done every 2 weeks before they start falling off and chipping I have literally gone 4 weeks inbetween fills with no issues!! Love love love this place!
Worst place I’ve ever gotten acrylics done. Two nails broke (i’ve literally never had that happen before and I’ve been getting acrylics for 7 years) and they lifted so bad after not even a week that when I went to get them done somewhere else they had to charge me more because that’s how messed up they were and unable to just fill at the bottom, The acrylic was literally off my nail. Their prices are cheap for a reason
Amazing staff! My nails needed a LOT of help and they worked their magic. My daughter wanted something special for her wedding this weekend and we were blown away! Lots of compliments and her nails looks Fantastic in the pictures. They have a comfortable place with very friendly staff and owner. Highly recommend!!*****
Always clean and excellent customer service. They're quick but they don't rush, like most places in the area do. Highly recommend. Won't go anywhere else to get my nails done now. This is the best spot in the area!
Completely over priced for what I got and my tips look and feel like such low poor quality. I was just shocked at the price considering the usual place my daughter and I go get the same exact service that I paid 90 for at this place in west pittston it's 130 for both of us. The cuts they left under the tips on my skin in the corners hurt and we're bleeding. The nail polish which I got white tips has bubbles under the clear coat just absolutely upset and I wanted this to be my new go to salon sadly never again.. I'll stick with the regularlar place even tho it's further from my home. They were friendly but quality and price not worth it
Very kind and helpful staff... But I got to worst dip I've ever had. Not the style which was lovely, but the paint started to chip the first minute I walwd out. Very few layers (2 maybe) of dip were applied. When I came back the next day to have them repaired, I was told I need to make an appointment, for another day. There is no way I'm dealing with weak, chipped nails for another day. I really wanted to enjoy this place. My nails honestly look like cheap paint chipping and for 55 dollars of dip I usually always enjoy my results.
