First, way too much cross contamination going on in there. I requested a full gel set, mani/pedi, and it lasted me 1 week and 2 days. The service was quick and half done, not to mention my nails were clipped into triangles and the other young man didnt even bother to file them before applying tip. Which will led to IMPROPER NAIL GROWTH. Altogether $105, this was if not bad, thee worse nail shop I've been too while residing on this side of town. Anyone who goes here, please be aware and be cautious cosmetic and hygienic wise. The only thing that saved them, was the design on my nails, the man at the very front by the fish tank. Please be aware and watch what they are using and HOW they use it. Wasn't fond of my set, I have big wide square nails and half done.

Very unsanitary shop. Went to get my eyebrows waxed and noticed this spoolie had hair in it, waxing stick was used had old wax on it, tweezers also were entangled with hair. She removed the hair but I asked for new equipment and she put me out . I advise people not to come here

I have been going here for a while. The Tech I go to is great! But, the the owner is very rude and nasty for no reason at all. One of the pedicure tech have said rude comments to me. So start going to the other one. Shes great! The owner I belie is the one who does eyebrows . She tell you to sit and have you sitting so long. Than tell you to come back busy. You will be waiting all day and Customer Service is very nasty and rude.

My experience always was great with the nail stylist Lee he is very patient and a creative genius when it comes to freestyle quality nails. Been with them ever since I accidentally came across the store rushing to find a place that was affordable to do my nails for my birthday last summer. I’m happy I found a master nail artist like Lee who can do my nails better than the picture I showed him. Usually I come to see Lee around my birthday but I want to be a regular client because he will give me positive energy and will always have me surprise with the latest nail art creation to date.

I’m not sure why this salon gets so many bad reviews but I use to go here a long time ago when I worked down the street I went back a few times on and off today was my first time back in years it was a little bit of a wait but I did go later than I normally do I didn’t get the name of the tech who did my nails but he did a very good job and did exactly what I asked the shop was pleasant and clean I am very pleased with my nails the next time I will be there when they open so the wait isn’t long

I can in to get a pedicure. The technician, Rose, did a poor job on my pedicure. When I ask her to re-do the sole of my left foot, she started speaking in her language to the other nail technician. I just want her to re-do the sole of my foot because it felt rough to the touch. Poor customer service! I wont be back!.

I been to this location 4times because I wanted something close they did an good job on my nails ???? and each time it was the same thing and I never switched up …coming in today same people same service and was charged $90. For a fill In ? It’s not about the money .. it’s about integrity and consistency and they make up their prices as they go they take a very long time to do the service and my nails got fungus from coming here I will not return to this location!!!!
