Needed to find a same day appointment for our little boy Benny…I am so happy I chose Tails by the sea . They took their time and did a phenomenal job he smells fantastic , looks precious and came out just as we had asked. Thank you for the excellent work!! We will see you again!! We have been taking our dog here for 3plus years and always got the best haircut. Last time I took her it was the worst haircut I’ve ever seen. I called to make another appointment and expressed my displeasure and told them exactly what was wrong with the cut and requested to never have that groomer again. I took her back again. I guess they know better what you’re dog should look like instead of what you as the customer wants your dog to look like. I was once again very disappointed.

Tails by the Sea gets 5+ stars. They came highly recommended by new neighbor and did not disappoint. My Standard Poodle is high maintenance and not everyone gets it right, but Tails did it perfectly on the first try. I've taken Nola to 3 other groomers in the past, all with high prices and mediocre results. Jasmine was a standout, asking me all the right questions, courteous and professional every step of the way. Other groomers had me drop off my dog between 9-10AM, kept her all day wouldn't have her ready until 5-6PM. Jasmine had setup an appointment for 10AM, took her early and ready when she promised 3-hours later. Best grooming job ever,
We had an appointment yesterday (04/01/22) at 9:30 am for our two dogs ( Bella and Luna), I dropped them off on time and I had to wait until 4:30 pm for pickup the dogs. I just think that 7 hours waiting is too much, specially for the dogs, besides I don’t think they offered any water for the dogs while they were there because when I got home the dogs drank all the water they possibly could, they were very thirst.
On December 2021 we paid for grooming our two dogs $100.00 and yesterday I learned that they raised their prices 35% so I ended up paying $136.00, not two mention the ridiculous stickers they place on their foreheads
I wrote and printed detailed notes and they still cut my dogs ears too short. He's a Havanese and anybody knows short ears are wrong. I also met someone at the nail salon who said many people are noticing a decline in service...:(

Absolutely love Tails by the Sea! Brought my puppy in for her spa day because every girl deserves it. They did an amazing job on her. She really loved it and looked so fresh and clean and not to mention relaxed when I picked her up! I really loved the dog ball pit play area, it feel so good knowing that not only was she there getting groomed but she also got to enjoy and play all in one place! The store is brand new, so clean and so beautiful inside!
Junior was very accommodating and treated us like family he assured us she was in good hands and she was!! We also just booked an appointment for her non-anesthetic dog teeth cleaning with them. I can’t wait for her teeth to be as sparkling as she is right now!! Thank you we have found our new home and one stop puppy shop!
On our third visit, we repeated several times and held up fingers that we wanted just a quarter inch max off our Bichon’s ears. They took two inches! Nubs left. Can’t even recognize our poor girl. They had groomed her before so what the heck?? Will never return.
