I’m so glad I found this nail salon. They’re always so professional and helpful. Vanna & Angela are great at what they do & I always leave a happy customer.
Went in for a refill on my nails had Vivian, I asked if she had pink acrylic powder she said no so I went with white she gave my nails one small layer of acrylic they were not built up, the nail polish was not even it was blotchy. She cut me on two different fingers just horrible would not recommend.
First time there , had Kim she was great , very clean and spacious,the massage chairs were really nice for the manicure.great price as well. Would go back again.
I always get DIP nails by Long. Everyone, is good there. I just like Long the best. I let him try any different design. Once he did glow in the dark nails it was so cool.

Been going to The Arts for about four months and have always had great service. My go to tech is Long and he is always very polite and does a great job. Everyone else I’ve encountered seem very nice and welcoming. Definitely recommend making appointments online. It’s very convenient and you get to choose which tech and service you want and available times. Highly recommend this salon. Very clean with professional staff
Absolutely horrible experience. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
I called and scheduled an appointment for pedicure, and a full set for 4:30pm. I sat in the chair for pedicure, and 25 minutes passed without having any update given or anyone speaking to me. After asking another nail tech, I was informed the person I was scheduled with, Kim Phong, was behind on schedule. I cancelled my pedicure due to time, and just asked for my three nails to be removed and a new full set. She was uneducated, and needed someone else to stop what they were doing to remove my nails, which should have been a sign to walk out, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt and stayed. I asked for coffin shaped, plain black dip nail set with tips... they are AWFUL. They are the most rectangular nails, with no shape at all. She never sanded the sides down to even attempt a coffin shape. The dip is lumpy, and uneven, some nails are thin and some are chunky. At the end, she put on a clear polish but gave me no light to dry or fan... just was done... the top coat was ruined.. needless to say, these are embarrassingly awful. After hour TWO, with zero progress in getting better, I had to ask what an estimate time to finish would be, as I only went there to meet a friend.
THIS TOOK TWO HOURS. two hours for a plain nail, with no shape, and the worst quality I have ever had. Now I have to pay someone at another shop to fix these.

Two nails have fallen off within a week and a half!!
Lifted and fell off easily, not caused by myself.

I’m done. I do like the way my nails were done here. But I have called for the last two months trying to get an appointment. They never have any openings for days. Today I called to get a full set and pedicure…receptionist ( who is always rude) said no one could do a full set today. What… glue on a tip and then dip. I never do reviews… but this is ridiculous!!
Clean, pleasant salon. Staff were friendly and spoke to customers not just among each other. Vanna was my tech and did an amazing job on my pedicure.
