My daughter got her hair cut there. It’s completely butchered! DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND! Expect to get money back Monday since they are now closed! Do you have any idea how long it takes to grow hair this long and then this is what somebody in the salon does are you kidding me?

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! I got my hair done several days ago and it was horrible. Nasty bleach blonde hair with dark roots (it didn’t look good at all) and they saved my hair! My hair looks and feels so much better! My hairdresser Alex was amazing! She was gentle and kind! She didn’t pull on my hair or anything and I have a very sensitive head. The owner was also so sweet! She came and talked to me about what they could possible do to save me hair and gave me options. Which I like! They wanted to make sure that what color I picked out I wanted to go with! Everyone is very sweet and kind and I just definitely recommend this salon if you live in Sidney (or don’t). I cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you to Alex for saving my hair and bringing it back to life!

**I'm giving this a five star review simply because the speed and understanding that I received in correcting what had gone wrong was fantastic from one of the owners herself Tish.
Also I want to state that this isn't about bashing the stylist that initially did my hair, and I don't think this reflects all of her work. I initially was scheduled for a highlight session where I was supposed to have platinum highlights, and what I ended up leaving with was the entire front half of my hair being completely blonde, and highlights in the back that were a mixture of platinum, light brown, and my natural color. I was originally scheduled to come back two days later to get it toned up, but after getting a look at it for a bit, I realized that these were not highlights, or anything close to what I wanted to get done. I called the Hair Company the next day, and told them what happened, and I was told that I could come in and get it looked at to see what could be done. I came in and Tish, despite being completely booked, told me to come sit and wait so she could fix my hair in between her booked schedule.
What initially started out as being the most negative experience at a salon that I've ever had,quickly turned into one my most positive, and I absolutely adore the end product of my hair. I strongly recommend Tish for hair coloring as this is fantastic, and their want to make things right very quickly was really nice.
One more thing that I want to add is that normally when a customer is unsatisfied with their experience at a business, the business does what they can to save face and to make them look good, but for my experience, it was completely different. Instead of feeling like something that was done to ensure I wouldn't spread bad word about the business, she wanted to ensure that I would "leave with a smile", in her own words, and even stayed after the store was supposed to close to make sure everything was right.
Overall, I'm really satisfied with my experience with the Hair Company, but it's only because of the fantastic customer care that I experienced, and the promptness of the fixing of my hair, as what I experienced my first day was unfortunately not that great. With that being said, I'm not sure if I recommend The Hair Company simply because I only have a few experiences with them simply because this is one of my only experiences with them, but Tish has shown me that she genuinely cares a lot about what her employees put out, and to me that shows that The Hair Company is worth going to.
Best hair salon I’ve been to yet! Make an appointment with Nikki! She has amazing talent, works meticulously, and is so kind! We made conversation my whole appointment for highlights. I will definitely be back to see her in June for my wedding. That’s how much I trust her after just one visit with her!
The staff is friendly. I don't have to travel far they do a good job on cutting my hair and I am picky about my hair
