I want to start off by saying 90% of my reviews are 5 star. I dislike to leave a poor review, but I didn’t have a great experience.
My pedicure was okay, but they began working on my fill at the same time, which I wasn’t really after. My friend and I hadn’t seen each other for a long time and wanted to relax and catch up. I prefer to relax and catch up during the pedicure, then do my nails afterwards. This lady began on my nails, and stood in between us which made it difficult to relax, talk and sip my tea. I mentioned to her after awhile that I’d prefer if I finish my pedicure first, and then have my nails done. She seemed disgruntled and continued, saying she could do it all right here and I didn’t need to move. I mentioned it again two more times, kindly and respectfully, that I’d like them done after, but she insisted she would paint my nails quickly, to which she began to ask me to pick a color. I had a design in mind, but wasn’t sure. Ended up picking something in a rush.
There was absolutely no need to be rushed, the salon was very slow. I was surprised how empty it was on a Sunday afternoon. I could understand more of a rush had they been busy or had people waiting.
Throughout this entire process, she was doing my fill directly over my shoes. When I went to put them back on, they were absolutely covered in nail filings. This isnt good customer service. I then paid and was charged $45 for the pedicure that stated $32 because I had “gel” polish. I didn’t state that I wanted shellac, and I was not told it was a $15 upcharge. I feel they hustled us and most likely get away with this OFTEN. I don’t recommend this salon any longer.
Overall, the nails and toes looked fine, but the customer service lacked. I really dislike to leave a bad review, but this is was my honest experience.

Negative stars!!! A literal hour after my pedicure was done the “shellac” came off one of my toes. I walked in to get tips on my fingers and was basically badgered into getting a pedicure too. I opted for the basic which said it was $20 and was charged $40 for it… I have given this salon numerous times to make it right as I completely understand just having a bad day BUT this is the last straw! I will never recommend or set foot back there again! Absolute atrocity!

It is amazing and a perfect place to go to get waxed ur toes and ur nails done I recommend u going there!
I had a gift certificate for myself to get a mani/pedi here but i wanted to bring my 4 year old with me. I called ahead to make sure she could get one as well and thankfully she could! They were very accommodating, we had no wait, staff was very friendly and the service was magnificent. I was very relaxed and my daughter enjoyed herself as well!
I got my nails dipped. They aren't smooth, my nails are all different lengths, I had color on the side of my nails that she didn't clean up. She was rushing so she could do another customer instead of doing good work.
Efficient and truly welcome walkins. Only down side is the cheapest option (cut nails and paint) for Pedi wasn't available. We HAD to get a 5$ more with the massage package. Good experience otherwise!
