The shop it self is nice. But I made the mistake of being an out of towner and showed up to get a full set and a lip wax maybe 30mins before closing. once 7:22 came around i asked if I could still get my lip waxed and they laughed at me like it was a ridiculous request that would take hours. I've never been rushed out so fast. I don't like feeling wrong when I'm paying you!!! Blah!!! I'll find better

Amazing service, I would say it’s better to probably go early. I arrived about 30 mins after they opened and was able to get in pretty quick but people started showing up quick. Clean, friendly, fair prices.

I would give a NO star if I could. This is the dirtiest place I have ever been too. My nails are terrible looking. Looks nothing like the nails in the pics. They are misshaped, and I have polish on my skin. I told him that I was unhappy with him and he just shook his head. And the fees to use a debit card are too much.

So, in July I had a business conference. I called ahead of time to schedule an appointment. I wanted a mani/pedi and to get my eyebrows waxed. The women I spoke with said it would be $95 for everything since I was using my natural nails and that I didn't need an appointment. I get there, get my nail tech and try to tell him what I want and he is not understanding me. Instead of using my natural nails he gave me acrylic. He was rough and impatient. I had a few nicks near my finger nails. Go get a pedicure and he's doing okay, until he starts doing my nails. I got more cuts along my toes. He finishes and I get my eyebrows done, the guy the says I owe him $115, which was more than I had planned on spending. The pedicure didn't even make it 2 days before they all started to chip and come off before I even left for my trip.

The wait wasn't long, and the people seemed nice, but they didn't ask whether I wanted gel polish or regular polish before just going with gel, which is a ten dollar upcharge. They reuse products, only washing them in the sink before using them again. They also said they take credit card, but then made me use the ATM inside to withdraw money instead. In addition to all that, they scraped a patch of skin off my with a scrubber and made no acknowledgement of it.

I received a Medicure, pedicure, and eyelash extensions. My manicure was done pretty well except the guy was a little too rough when filing around the cuticles and caused my finger to bleed.

The eyelash extensions were wonderful. They were done so quickly. I've spent 3 hours getting them done I'm the past somewhere else and they didnt turn out near as well as they did at TK nails.

Make sure you visuthe ATM before you come because they charge credit card fees from $1-$5 depending on the cost of your service.

I just got my nails done 36 hours ago and they are breaking already. Nails and toes 93.00 very angry customer. Also They also need an award for the fastest pedicure I didn’t even get a massage. Do not listen to customer concerns. Sad

Absolutely amazing! Service was great and their nail parlor is absolutely beautiful! All the workers did amazing ????❤️
