Quick Facts About Tony's Nails

with him. He's always friendly and makes you feel welcome. The prices are reasonable and the quality of the work is good. I've never had any issues with my nails and they always look great after getting them done here. The atmosphere is also nice, it's clean and well-maintained. Overall, I would highly recommend Tony's Nails for a positive nail salon experience.
However, there are a few weaknesses mentioned in the comments that need to be addressed. One customer mentioned that during their visit, the technician used illegal acrylic powder to make the product stay on longer. This is a serious concern as it can be harmful to both the customer's body and nails. Using illegal products not only puts the customers at risk but also compromises the reputation and integrity of the salon. This issue needs to be addressed and the use of legal and safe products should be ensured.
Another weakness pointed out by a customer is the inconsistency in the quality of service. They mentioned that during their last visit, the technician only applied one layer of acrylic and it took them only 15 minutes. This resulted in the customer's nails looking different from what they wanted. Inconsistent application and rushed service can lead to unsatisfactory results and may leave customers feeling dissatisfied. It is important for the salon to ensure that each customer receives the same level of care and attention to detail.
In addition, one customer mentioned that Tony was rude and argumentative when discussing the technical terms of acrylics. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and can create a negative experience for the customer. It is crucial for Tony and his staff to maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards all customers, regardless of their level of knowledge or experience in nail care. Customer service plays a significant role in the success of any business, and a negative experience can deter potential customers from returning.
Another weakness identified is the incident where the customer accidentally chipped their dip due to the technician's lack of focus. While it is understandable that the salon may have been understaffed and busy, it is essential for the staff to remain attentive and maintain a high standard of service. Blaming the customer for a mistake instead of taking responsibility is unacceptable. The salon should prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure that mistakes are rectified promptly and professionally.
Furthermore, although several customers mentioned positive experiences with Tony and his team, it is important to note that the comments are subjective and based on individual experiences. Some customers may have had great experiences while others may have had negative ones. It is essential for the salon to consistently provide excellent service to all customers to maintain a positive reputation and attract a loyal customer base.
In conclusion, Tony's Nails has both strengths and weaknesses. The salon receives praise for reasonable prices, a welcoming atmosphere, and friendly service from Tony himself. However, weaknesses such as the use of illegal acrylic powder, inconsistent application of products, rude behavior, and lack of attention to detail need to be addressed. Improvements in these areas will contribute to a more positive overall experience for customers and help ensure the long-term success of Tony's Nails.

I’ve got my nails done here about 3 times, acrylic. Last time he put one layer on and and it took him 15 minutes. They use illegal acrylic powder to make the product stay on longer which this product is very bad for you and your body/nails. They charged me $65 and my nails looked nothing like what I wanted. (1st pic is what I wanted 2 is what I got FOR $65)
On 11-19-22, the day b4 my wedding I went in for acrylic French dip manicure with a design on my ring fingers and a pedicure with painted toes. Such warm and welcoming ppl. Tony was so patience as I couldn’t decide on colors. I wanted to match my wedding colors, burnt orange and grey. He helped my pick a burnt orange out, or as close as one can get. He did beautifully on my nails and his wife did my design. She did my feet too. I wanted French tip painted on my toes to match my hands but she told me honestly that my toe nails were too small and suggested a white paint base and then the design. I will admit I was skeptic, but I absolutely loved it when she was done. I wish I could give them better than a five star rating because I made a dumb mistake. I left my phone in the shop and jumped out of my car to run in and grab it and when I did I snagged my brand new nails in my door and cracked one of them. Tony took me right back to the table and sat me back down and fixed it without even a bearing an eyelash. I would highly recommend them. And I got several compliments on my wedding day. I’m not sure how to put pictures up or else I would.
My husband and I went in for the first time for spa pedicures. The young lady did an excellent job. I would highly recommend for those older skeptical men, like my husband. We will make this our new monthly maintenance routine.
They do walk-ins!! Most places don’t that was amazing to start with ! And when I walked in showed tony what I wanted and he did exactly what I asked for ! Very professional u feel comfortable there ! Definitely 100% best place to go to get your nails done!
Tony is absolutely kind and caring. I get the Powder French tips every time I go. Stunning nails every trip! Very reasonable prices! The atmosphere is warm and inviting, as well as the staff! My sister and Mother go with me as well. I couldn't ask for a more respectful man to take care of my Mother and sister! Found a pearl in Crossville!! Yehueh bless~♥️
Great experience! My daughter and I got a manicure and pedicure. They gave us great service and took their time on both. I recommend them.
I chose this place because it had great reviews but was I mistaken because it was not great at all. Right off the bat Tony asked me what I wanted and wanted to argue with me on technical terms of what acrylics are. I'm sorry I don't know as much as you since as you stated several times you have been doing this "35 years" but it was very rude. Then apparently the placement of my hands wasn't good for you because you angerly got upset when I didn't have them the way you wanted. No other place has been so rude and has always helped me out when getting my nails done since I don't do them but once every 6 months. Then towards the end of my nails you chipped the dip and wanted to blame me because I was looking at my nails and not at the TV. I get you were understaffed and there was alot of people there but don't take it out on a paying customer.Needless to say never going there again. Bad first experience...
I've been here a few times. The owner Tony is a great guy and the service has been very good
