They had plenty of different hair to pick from. I didn't know how to find what I was looking for but the young lady that worked there made it seem like a piece of cake. She helped match my hair color and found the length and brand that best suited me. I will continue to shop there for all my hair needs.

The owner is unprofessional and practices illegal business tactics. False advertisement and bait and switch pricing tactics. Pay attention to your item pricing. The items will be $1.00 more at the register in hopes that you don’t notice. Terrible customer service
I came in here for a nail file, but I decided to walk around the store. I had to find something else to purchase because you can't use your card for any purchase under $5.50. It seem like everything was packed in this store, and every black haircare product that I was used to was NOT sold in here. They were also expensive! Not only that, all of the lip liners were very dark. Also, it was like the cashier was trying to force me to purchase something, even though I used nothing in this store. I ended up purchasing lip cream and liner (that was to dark for me), in addition to the nail file. I liked my lip cream. That's it.
VERY rude worker greeted us at the front door & we walked right back out. Will NEVER be back here no matter if they are the only store in Starkville that has what I need. TERRIBLE!
Please shop elsewhere if you purchase something and it's nothing like the picture once you open it you can't return it. Even when it clearly isn't used or worn. You can clearly see that I haven't worn the puffs. No manager on site so the girl calls the manager she didn't even talk to me. It's always to be rude to someone when you have someone else doing your dirty work. As a customer I would rather be appreciated and a company right their wrong. Any other store if a product isn't as pictured you can return it. And I had my receipt that was the reason she said she couldn't return it at first.
I remember coming into this store last year. I'm not from Starkville, but had friends going to MSU. One was getting her hair done, so they came here. I was following her around, helping her pick the hair I thought would be best. I picked up some hair growth pills for my natural hair. As we walked I was looking at the ingredients, and decided I no longer wanted the product. It had no real shelf spot so I placed it anywhere. We get to the counter and the guy accuses me of stealing. He asked me "what did you do with the item you had in your hand?". I told him I put it down. He asked if I could go get it, so I went to the location and brought it back. Then he asked to check my purse. I refused. I wasn't stealing so there was no need to check my purse with my valuables in it. I could see if I went in with a flat purse, and tried to walk out with a full one. I only touched one damn item. Will I go back? Nope. Never. Not even if this was the last beauty supply store on Earth. Very rude and very racist. Stereotypical asians from Don't be a Menace to South Central while drinking your juice in the Hood.
Rude customer service 1/10 would not recommend
