Quick Facts About Treasure Of China

The Treasure Of China place, based on the comments provided, has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. Let's dive into them to get a better understanding:
Strengths:
1. Lovely Food: Many comments praise the food at Treasure Of China, describing it as "always lovely" and "fantastic." This suggests that the overall quality of the meals served is commendable.
2. Generous Portions: The mention of "plenty of food" indicates that Treasure Of China provides generous portions, which is often appreciated by customers.
3. Friendly Owners and Staff: The owners of Treasure Of China are described as "wonderful" and the person taking orders is referred to as "friendly and careful." This highlights a positive customer service experience, which can contribute to a pleasant dining experience.
4. Excellent Crispy Duck: One customer specifically mentions the crispy duck as "excellent." This suggests that the restaurant excels in preparing this particular dish, which can be a draw for customers who enjoy it.
5. Reasonable Prices: The mention of "reasonable price" in one comment implies that Treasure Of China offers good value for money, making it an attractive option for customers on a budget.
6. Popular: The comment stating that the restaurant is "always very busy" indicates that it is a popular dining spot among customers, which can be seen as a sign of its overall appeal and popularity within the community.
Weaknesses:
1. Inconsistent Quality: One comment mentions having a negative experience, stating that the food was the "worst Chinese by a country mile" and the meals were thrown away by multiple people. This indicates a lack of consistency in the quality of the food, which can be a significant drawback for potential customers.
2. Slow Service: While the food receives positive comments, a few customers express dissatisfaction with the service being slow. This suggests that there may be room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer experience during peak hours.
3. Cash-Only Policy: One comment points out that Treasure Of China does not accept card payments, which can be inconvenient for customers, particularly in a time when cashless transactions are preferred for hygiene reasons. This can potentially discourage customers who rely solely on card payments.
4. Overcooked Chips: While the crispy duck receives praise, one customer mentions that the chips could have been less well-done. Although this is a minor issue, it indicates a possible inconsistency in the preparation of side dishes.
5. Lack of Payment Options: As mentioned earlier, the cash-only policy limits the payment options available to customers, potentially excluding those who prefer or solely rely on card payments.
In conclusion, Treasure Of China has several strengths, including lovely food, generous portions, friendly owners and staff, and the popularity among customers. However, there are areas for improvement, such as consistency in food quality, addressing slow service, considering card payment options, and ensuring consistent preparation of side dishes. By addressing these weaknesses, the restaurant has the potential to enhance the overall dining experience and attract more customers.

Love this place food always lovely and plenty of it owners wonderful too
Worst Chinese I've ever had by a country mile.... boiled beef that hadn't been fried in what i could only describe as shop bought chilli sauce. Zero effort or skill in this meal.. three meals bought and three meals threw in the bin by three different people. Says it all really.
Haven't even been to the place but the aroma of egg fried rice is so overcoming. Many of my fellow colleagues have recommended the place to me. Will definitely visit and recommend everyone else does as well.
Great food quick service
Good food, service always a bit slow
Excellent crispy duck. Chips could have been a bit less well-done, but were still pretty nice. Person who takes orders is very friendly and careful to repeat the orders. We also got free prawn crackers, which is nice.
Be aware that they don't accept cards. This is pretty strange both in terms of business in 2020 and in the middle of the pandemic. It's not expensive to get a card reader and it would be more hygienic to allow customers to pay with card. I don't think I'd used cash in about 10 months!
Salt and pepper chips and chicken pieces the kids favourite. ????
Fantastic food with the high-quality service with reasonable price. the boy answered me was very patient. always very busy which suggest how popular it is.
