Very nice helpful assistance I purchased this hair from them was a good quality of hair and nice jewelry

The customer service was not the best. When I walked in everyone looked at me but no one greeted me at all. I had to find someone to assist me and the lady barely wanted to help.

This store has horrible customer service, the ladies that work here are very nasty. They never ask if you need any help, they only stare at you with nasty looks as if you've done something wrong. I've held my breath several times dealing with the same service there thinking maybe they were having a bad day or something, but no it's that way with these ladies each and every time. My thing is if you don't like your job or don't enjoy interacting with people you are definitely in the wrong profession.

The ladies are very friendly and helpful. I love the prices and the stuff i can get there is so awesome. Reading some of these comments is so crazy tho but you can not please everyone. To ( Numa Saho ) the lady who is the manager she is not from Jamaica not everyone that talks like her is from there. She has always been professional to me so if she acted towards you its because of you.

Hi this place it's pretty cool it's in a nice spot, between Morris Rd and Cleveland avenue,very accessible and there are handicap spaces more than enough you know this place really has a lot of things and I'm pretty sure 99% that they have what you want there are lots of girls in there that are very knowledgeable and so please go if you have any hair needs they got it so it's pretty cool have a great day very???? accessible

They have everything you need hair wise. Might not greet you or be pit of popular items but all in all pretty good store. Beware of hairspray and other things being sprayed for trial as well.

This is my go to store for all my hair needs. It has a wide variety of products and always find what I am looking for.

But they could definitely step their professionalism from staff. They often forget that they are at WORK.
