3. Gel polish durability: One customer mentioned that their gel polish lasted three weeks, even with constant hand washing. This suggests that the salon may offer high-quality gel polish and proper application techniques.
However, there are also several weaknesses identified in the comments:

2. Lack of attention to customer concerns: Several customers mentioned that their concerns or requests were ignored by the staff. This indicates poor customer service and a lack of attentiveness towards customer needs.
3. Lack of expertise and poor quality work: There were multiple complaints about the lack of skill and expertise displayed by the nail technicians. Reviewers mentioned uneven nails, rushed jobs, and painful experiences while getting their nails done. This suggests a lack of training and professionalism among the technicians.

5. Inconsistent quality: Some reviewers mentioned that the quality of the services provided at Us Nails Place varied. This inconsistency can create uncertainty for customers, as they may not know what to expect during their visits.
Overall, while Us Nails Place may have some strengths such as fast service and pleasant staff, the identified weaknesses such as inconsistent pricing, lack of expertise, and poor customer service can significantly impact the overall customer experience. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses in order to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Don't go here unless you want to be told one price only to see that they overcharge your bank card. The prices on the wall don't mean anything to them. I took my daughter there for mother & daughter pedicures which state that they are $30 a piece. I was also told that verbally while the man started to fill up our water. Then right when he was getting ready to start, some other man came in & asked if he wanted " to go for a ride", so he just ups and leaves after whispering to the woman who then proceeded to do our pedicures. The whole time she kept asking my 11yr.old if she wanted gel nail. First of all I'm the adult paying, but my daughter asked what the difference was & she said " it last longer; no need to dry" She then said only $112 total if we both got them. I specifically said " No way I wasn't paying a hundred anything for our toes, so my mouth dropped when she ran my bank card & handed me the receipt for $100. I asked her why was I told a different price and even after i told her. before she did any polish that I wouldn't pay that much for toes. She then said " I do extra for your daughter'. I said yes a French tip which was only $5 more. She ignored me and just kept repeating " I do extra".I will NEVER go back!
This is abundantly rare, but this is a predominantly negative review:
I truly wanted to love coming here! The folks were pleasant (for the most part) and things were completed at a fast pace. However… compared to shops around the area? There’s a noticeable lack in terms of service quality. Last week I went in to get my nails taken off and instead of soaking them another nail was used to split off the old acrylic, along with cuticle nippers. It was incredibly painful. This particular time I was even vocal about being in pain but there seemed to be no type of care or notice to my cues that I might have wanted an alternative method for removal. I got a pedicure afterwards, tipped, and went on my way thinking about my experience. Once I got home I noticed I still had rows of acrylic on my hyper sensitive nail beds and decided that that was the final straw. (For the record it’s been over 4 days and I’m still sensitive to hot/cold temperatures) I can’t wholeheartedly recommend a shop that has had repeat experiences like this (4th time), and I will never return. I’ve found a new “home shop” that takes their time to make sure everything is done precisely albeit slower and actually charges LESS for better work.
The owner did my pedicure and waxing. She was speaking in her language the whole time and she ignored me when I was speaking and seriously overcharged me. There is no way a basic pedi and eye brow waxing cost $95.00! This place raised prices drastically and decided to charge what they want on a case by case basis. She did not even do a good pedicure and I had to go home to clean up my eye brows. I will never go there again.
I got a new set from the gentleman up front. He was pleasant but is not a skilled nail technician. My nails are lumpy, bumpy and unshaped. I instructed him on how I like my nails but he wasn't listening or did not know how to handle the acrylic. Either way, $65 + $15 tip and I am left to wait until this mess grows off so I can go have it repaired by a professional tech.
This was a rushed job. I'm not too picky about my nails. I just want them clean and neat and not too long because I have to type for work. I made an appointment and then proceeded to wait for over an hour. My nails were rushed. She didn't take her time at all. She stood up and painted my nails without any clean up around the nails. This was done 5 days ago. I don't do hard work. There is no reason why gel should be peeling after five days. And then I was charged 20 dollars more than the original price. The guy who did my pedicure actually ended up cutting my toe because he was rushing. All around bad experience. Again, I'm not picky about my nails. I rarely get them done so for me to complain, that means they did a terrible job.
I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS! I went here to get an acrylic soak off. As soon as I walked, the guy at the front did not say hello. I said hello, I just would like an acrylic soak off. I said it twice, he proceeds to take out a nail and nail clippers to remove my nails. I said are you going to soak them off? He said he’ll lift some first then soak them off. EVERY SINGLE NAIL HE RIPPED OFF WAS PAINFUL, I let him know and he proceeded to rip them off. He said if I soak them it will take 45 minutes, as if to say he doesnt have time for that. He was so rough! The board says $10 for nail removal. After all that pain he says it’s going to be $20. $20 for you to do something I could have done at home?!! Ripping nails off with a nail is unprofessional especially if the client is clearly saying it is paying and refusing to soak them off. I have never went somewhere and not paid but I told him I apologize but I refuse to pay $20 for you to rip my nails off. He was not even gentle!!! I could not believe this experience I had!!! I understand he was expecting $20 and I paid 12 but then he slams the receipt and pen on the table as well. When your board says $10!!! And you didnt do what I asked but refused. Apparently it’s $25 for soak off. I said I would have rather paid that then the experience I just had!!
I tried this place for the second time and it was just as bad as the first, the people are okay/nicish, but rush you. The women that did my nails was in such a rush to leave she didn't even paint it all the way to the end( the only reason we went was because they were completely empty). They water down their polish or something because &these GEL polishes they use do NOT EVEN LAST AN ENTIRE DAY... all in all I can say DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!
The first photo is from the day of and the second is three weeks later. I got gel polish so even with my job as a cashier and lots of hand washing, they held up pretty well.
I go exactly every three weeks to get them filled in and so far, I haven't had any pop completely off, only some lifts.
