Quick Facts About U.S. Nails & Spa
U.S. Nails & Spa has a mix of positive and negative comments, which provide insights into the strengths and weaknesses of the place. Overall, it seems to have some areas that shine while lacking consistency in other aspects.
One of the strengths highlighted by a customer is the ability to get an appointment right away and receive excellent service. This emphasizes the salon's efficiency and responsiveness to customer needs, which is an important aspect for any nail salon. Additionally, the comment mentions that the acrylic nails done at U.S. Nails & Spa look real and are not bulky, indicating a high level of skill and attention to detail by the nail technicians. This can be considered another strength of the salon.
However, there are some concerning weaknesses that need to be addressed as well. In one comment, a customer mentions that the place used baby formula instead of milk and honey for a pedicure. This misrepresentation can lead to disappointment and a lack of trust in the salon's services. Additionally, the same comment highlights dirty floors, which can create an uncomfortable and unclean environment for customers. Cleanliness is a crucial aspect of any spa or salon, as it affects customer experience and can even impact health and safety.
Another comment raises a serious issue, reporting that a pedicure at U.S. Nails & Spa resulted in nail fungus on the customer's big toe. This indicates a potential issue with the salon's hygiene practices and sterilization procedures. Ensuring proper sanitization of tools and equipment is essential in order to prevent the spread of infections and maintain the health of customers.
Additionally, the comment about the refusal to provide the desired nail style (ombre acrylics) suggests a weakness in flexibility and customer accommodation. While it is understandable that not all nail salons can offer every single design or service, clear communication and a friendly approach are important in managing customer expectations and finding suitable alternatives. This aspect seems to have left a negative impression on the customer, affecting the overall job quality perception.
On the positive side, another comment praises the salon for its friendly staff and good pricing. Friendly and approachable staff contribute to a positive salon experience, making customers feel comfortable and welcomed. Moreover, good pricing is an important factor that can attract and retain customers.
Lastly, one customer expresses disappointment with the lack of communication regarding price changes. Regular customers feel that they should be kept informed about any price adjustments, as it helps them plan their budget accordingly. This can be seen as a weakness in transparency and customer service.
In conclusion, U.S. Nails & Spa has several strengths, including prompt service, skilled technicians, and friendly staff. However, there are areas that require improvement, such as cleanliness, hygiene practices, flexibility in nail designs, and transparent pricing communication. Addressing these weaknesses would help the salon enhance the overall customer experience and reputation.

Absolutely love my nails!! They got me in right away and did a fabulous job. They look real and aren’t big and bulky like some acrylic nails can be/ look. Thank you!! I’ll be back!
Brought my daughter here for pedicures since our normal place was closed. The leg massage was good. However, they used baby formula for 'milk', didn't use gel when we asked for it, and so the color was immediately ruined on the way to the car. Floors were pretty dirty.
The milk and honey pedicure should be called the Similac or Enfamil Pedicure . This pedicure had no milk and honey instead they used baby formula. No honey at all. Need a place in Burlington to get hand or feet done go somewhere else.
don’t go here. I got a pedicure here last month and now have nail fungus on my big toe. I haven’t gotten a pedicure in awhile before that so I know it’s because of this salon.
Went in for a fill, didn't have an appointment but was still taken care of. They turned out beautiful, I absolutely love them! If I lived closer I'd probably go here regularly. Good pricing as well and they were very friendly. ????
They refused to do the nails that I wanted: ombre acrylics, even tho i offered to pay $$ extra. I settled for the traditional short square French tips, and they look o.k., but definitely are not the quality job that I was hoping for - which I'm sure reflects in the price, which was very inexpensive ($35). Had i noticed the price ahead of time, i might not have gone here - instead I depended on the google reviews, which all seemed great! ???? Maybe they were mad at me for asking for ombre acrylics, so they didnt do as nice of a job, I dunno... ????
I absolutely love this place! The only place worth going to in Burlington, the people are extremely nice and good at their jobs. Never had a set of nails from them that I didn’t love 100%! Good prices too!
I have been going to this salon over a year. I really like the service. Lately I have been extremely disappointed ☹️. They have no board showing prices and they keep raising their prices and not communicating that to their regular customers. Money is tight these days and even when I mentioned I couldn’t afford the shellac polish as I was getting a new set of nails as well as toe nail polish ???? not a word was said that it would be $15.00 more????♀️
