i had a great experience at nail art today! fair prices & the artist was very kind and did a great job :) my nails turned out cuter than i even envisioned them!
I find myself always coming back for their pedicures. They give the most thorough pedicures in my opinion. The older lady goes in!
I had a terrible experience. They don’t know how to do dip powder nails. Mine were lumpy and bumpy! Too thick!! The only person doing them is clearly not properly trained. The only reason I paid is because I didn’t know a confrontation !!!!!!!!
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. A waste of $95 my nails only lasted a week I came here July 19th my nails lasted until the 27th. I usually don’t leave reviews due to the simple facts of how POC are usually treated at these establishments but basically my experience here was very rushed and unprofessional. I Went with my mom and sister , When I was getting my pedicure , my mom was in another chair getting her’s done a good 20 minutes before I sat down for my pedicure yet somehow I was finished before my mom. Now the for acrylic I showed her an example of what I wanted she said she was able to do it but lied and Rushed everything. I had French tip done on my middle and pinky finger and it looks like she didn’t even try . My nails are clumpy and uneven and have been lifting since the day I left the salon. Even after she finished I asked if she would clean them up and shape them a little more . She said she can’t or she’ll mess up the nail . I had to walk out and walk back in for her to do the minimal clean up . When I got home I had to clean and reshape them myself. Also they took a $8 tip for themselves off of my sisters card . She had to go back to the store for them to refund it to her.
Saying I’m upset is an understatement. I had a picture reference for how I wanted my nails to look and they look horrible. They look nothing like it and it doesn’t even seem liked he tried. He also knicked my finger and broke skin. I will not be coming back and I am mad that I wasted $60 on my nails. I unfortunately cannot attach any images. but I would not recommend Lenny doing your nails.
I had a broken off nail, needed a fill and wanted to change out polish with a little design on my ring finger. The gentlemen who did my nails seemed like he was trying to get me out of there. They gave me a 7:00 pm appointment and was rushing through the appointment, I even had shown up earlier than my appointment time at 6:45 pm, he took me back 2 minutes after that. He burned me with one of the tools to shape the acrylic he placed. Next, he asked me when it was time to paint what I wanted done I had a picture and specifically asked if he could do it. He looked at the picture and stated he could not do one thing on there but can do the rest. Quoted me $50 for everything. I said okay sure. I picked out the colors with him and when he started to do the paint he had applied 4 layers to the point my nails were losing shape to the point they were no longer coffin and when he had to do the design he stated he could not do that. I looked him and told him that he told me he could at the beginning of the appointment he said he understood but I would have to come back tomorrow to have the other guy draw it for me. At that point I was upset my nails are globby looking and he sat there waited for the nails to set. He looked and said he can “fix for me tomorrow”. He said he would not charge me the $5 and it would be $45. He laughed and said he will charge me the other $5 when I come back tomorrow. I did not tip this man and I probably should not have even paid as much as I did, but I did out of pure respect over the fact he still did the fill and repaired my nail. I am not returning here. This is an example of a salon who looked to make a quick buck, pay for quality please.
I have gone to this Nail Salon several times. Why I keep going back is only convenience of hours and not needing an appointment. But, after this last time, I will not return. They are not friendly in any way shape or form. I was in for a pedicure, last time the girl cut my cuticles in several places, made me bleed and it hurt. This time the women scrubbed my feet, I am totally good with that but, she did the side of my foot and made me bleed. It hurt! I told her it hurt and she continued she looked at it and didn’t even say I’m sorry. (Trust me, I’m not a big baby) I just think a pedicure should be relaxing. I’m paying for a service the least you can do is say the basic Hello and Thank you! Maybe even give me a smile! I work hard for my Money and I go some place else that can give me some good customer service.
Professional and very experienced staff. Makes suggestions to enhance the look of nails. I would recommend Nail art .
