My absolute favorite nail place I have ever been too. They do amazing work. I have been getting dip manicures here for about three months and it always turns out perfect. Recently I have been getting dip powder with designs on top and they always turn out so beautiful. They also have the largest selection of colors. Definitely recommend :)
I have come in twice for an acrylic fill and the service has been amazing. Such friendly staff and fair prices. They are careful and ask if it hurts. I even brought my sister in last time and we both decided this is our new nail salon.
Kim took me as a walk in today and she did the most beautiful job on my nails! She was extremely gentle and patient, and took time to look at the pictures I brought in. She asked clarifying questions to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted and I am extremely grateful! She even gave me her business card, and told me exactly what I need to ask for in order to maintain this lovely set. I really appreciate it, thank you so much Kim!❤️
Had one decent pedicure here - then the next one was not good. Thought I’d give the place another chance and took my sister for manicures. We did not have appointments but place was almost empty. Only one other customer. They got us right in - so that is the one positive. Two different technicians spent so little time on our manicures we thought they were joking. Then I looked at my nails as we were about to pay and they were horrible. Completely uneven. Did not cut any nails to the same length. All over the place. Not shaped. Jagged edges. Gross. I looked at my sisters thinking maybe I was unlucky - she was shocked and didn’t know what to say. Her nails looked terrible as well. Honestly so bad it seemed like a joke. We had to ask them to fix them so we could get at least a little something for our money. They barely spent two more minutes “fixing” them. Still terrible. This is the second review I’ve ever written in my life - not a huge fan of criticizing a place, but unless they improve their services you should save your money and not waste it here. It’s possible that if you are a regular client they might take time and do a good job. Just don’t go as a walk in for sure.
I can say enough amazing things about this place. Their service is amazing and their them are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They always take the time to do great work and their salon is always extremely clean. They always greet you with a smile and welcome you in even when you show up 20 minutes before closing time!
I've been coming to this place for a few months now and I always have had such a great experience! My tech is amazing, she is very thorough with both manicures and pedicures and checks in with you often to make sure you are doing ok.
My never has never been this healthy and clean since before the pandemic. They really are very diligent and take their time! Really recommend for an amazing manicure, pedicure and everything else!
Utah nails is awesome! Easy to make an appointment, a great selection of dip colors. The staff is the best very friendly and great quality work. Fast and professional services every time! Utah is now my go to nail bar.
