I have been going here for about 3 or 4 years and tho their skill wasn't all the way up there in regards to designs the quality of nail work and customer service and how they take their time with each person, it's always been fantastic. CINDY is the BEST, she does my nails bomb EVERYTIME. This recent visit, I just had to post, she was great as always, nothing less than 5 stars if I could do more I would.
I came in to fix my one broken nail. It took her 15 mins to fix it
Maybe if she stop smoking the cancer sticks she could move faster. It’s not professional to smell like cigarettes
I came here for service and they specify upfront whether or not they want to work with you. They are not comfortable with People of color in their spa and they also think that you’re gonna steal their nail polish after they’ve asked you to look and see what color you want to choose. They are very unprofessional no one greets you when you come through the door because there’s no one working nine times out of 10. They chose not to work with me because I would not allow them to choose a color for me. I’ve never in all my life had someone else choose my nail color. I have to wear it you don’t. I won’t be returning ever and I’ll be sure to make sure all of my friends know not to come here. Zero out of five stars.
The worst nail salon I have ever been to. The polish was watered down with nail remover and only lasted a day. I went back and was told if it's not gel it will only last 3 days max. I have had regular nail polish last me up to 2 weeks. I asked for gel instead, they didn't want to assist me, saying they are closing soon, but another lady came in after me for a gel and pedicure and was serviced with no issue. Didn't take me much to realize why. After begging and begging and offering a big tip, (only because I was traveling the following morning) they said they would assist me. The gel last 3 days. First time ever seeing gel polish peel off! A complete waste of money!

The customer service was top-notch. They quickly attended to my needs, are very knowledgeable and helped me with any questions that I had. The selection of colors and products was phenomenal. They had a full complement of their services varying degree of price range. There were many kind of MANICURE to choose from. In this world you get what you pay for. When you do your nails here you going with the knowledge that you were not going to be penny pinching. Doing your NAILS here is a treat for money earned from hard work. Quality is the best. That's why you would come here. They are renowned for having the very best SERVICE and everybody knows it. Only the best people to be found here.
I walked in this nail and there was a lady in front of me asking for a pedicure and she was serviced. I waited for a while and the staff didn't even look my way. Finally, I asked one of the staff for a pedicure as well. They looked at me and turned me down and I felt the color of my skin had everything to do with it. What a bad way to run a business and I know I wasn't the first person this happened to. How many reviews is it going to take for this salon to be put on blast....awful staff and customer service. This place should specify who they don't want to service up front. 10 steps backwards.
Clean and professional. Quick but no bleeding or mistakes. Friendly and attentive too. My 2 year old also enjoyed her first mani/pedi! ❤
I always leave satisfied. They are very professional and friendly. Snow can do everything in any color. Most important she take care of my natural nails.
