I had an appointment with Tania Davis on Monday September 20 , 2021 for a haircut, I waited 15 minutes past my appointment because she couldn't find her car keys. This was my first time with Tania, she did a horrible hair chop an then tired to pitch a sell on financial advice, then she charged me $60. What a RIP, i will never go back an i will never recommend her. As a senior I felt taken advantage of....
I go to Villaggio Suits and see Lacie Carl as my nail tech. She is great at what she does and has been being it forever. I never have a problem with her canceling on me she is always there. I also never have a problem with my nails she gives me what I pay for. She is not just a nail lady she is also a friend to her clients.
I have been coming to this salon for almost 2 years now. I usually grow tired of the same place/stylist and make changes every few years - not any longer. Tiffany is wonderful and is also the owner. The pride she takes in her salon, the staffing, aesthetics, product choices and overall comfort of the clientele is second to none. She truly cares about her business and making everyone happy. I love all of the little things that, at the end of the day, are big things. The flavored water, coffee, tea, fresh chocolate chip cookies - these things add up and they are nice to see/partake in when you are there. This is, by far, the best salon and salon experience I've ever had.
Very friendly atmosphere and I love the fun glamorous decor. The big sprawling design of the building makes it nice because you don't get completely knocked out by nail fumes when you're getting your hair done and visa versa. They also offer just about everything so it's nice not to run all over town for a day of pampering. So far parking has never been a problem and that's extremely nice as well.
Had an amazing massage with Laura! She made it very easy to relax, found all the areas I was holding stress, and adapted quickly to the right amount of pressure. She's the only one I'll see when I'm in town! Thank you Laura!
I called to make an appointment for my bday they cancelled on my bday told me Jena slider was gonna do my lashes only to find out that they take people's names and credit! Jena sliger works at reno lash lux and is the owner.!!! How fake!
