The absolute best nail salon! I will drive from Grand Rapids just to see Tina & her staff. Not only do they do amazing work. The customer service is Incredible. They truly care and take the time to do the correct service. I highly recommend going out of your way to make appointment at this salon.
I have been getting my nails done for over 10 years and just recently switched to this salon. I have had to return both times to get my nails fixed within less than a week after getting them done. My nails have never lasted more than a week from this salon and for the price they should be lasting at least 2 weeks like professional nails do when you go to a professional nail salon. Tina is the most unprofessional business owner I have ever met. She is quick to charge you for every little thing she does yet she uses super glue to fix her incompetent work. She is right and you are wrong. She never once asked me how she could make this right to keep a long standing customer. That’s because she is not about customer relations she is about the $$$. She makes that very clear. Then when you ask her to remove the super glue from your now glued skin she tells you it will just come off when you wash your hands it will be okay. No it’s not okay that you super glued my nail to my skin so you didn’t have to fix the problem. Let’s do the math Tina, $45 every two weeks plus a tip means you just lost a customer worth roughly $1500 give or take. I hope you’re $1.00 bottle of super glue and your unwillingness to do right by the customer was worth it!
Very friendly and the service was above and beyond. I was in a rush for my nails and they finished a full set in 30 minutes, not only were they fast they did an amazing job! Definitely coming back and recommend it to all my friends and family :-)
If I could give this salon zero stars I would! I’ve gone here a few different times giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every time I get shellac here they peel off by the next day. Tina was extremely rude when I asked her to fix my nails. She was on a personal phone call when I walked in, I said hello, and she shushed me. She then proceeded to tell me it’s my fault that my nails peeled and said to never come back because I asked her to fix them. Horrible quality, horrible service. Waste of money!

I love VIP Nails and Spa. The staff and owner are so friendly and take pride in their work and customers. I was afraid they wouldn’t reopen after their fire but they did. When I found out they were reopening, I refused to go anywhere else to get my nails done. They were so worth the wait and I will never trust anyone else to work on my nails. I love Vip nails (of coopersville) They are friendly, fast and accommodating! They stayed late to do our four pedicures. And it was service with a smile! Super happy and will be coming back for more self care! ???? ps.. I'm definitely smiling under my mask ????
