Young lady, Heaven, working at the wig counter was very professional and knowledgeable on the different types of wig selections. She even allowed me to try it on and gave good advice. I will continue to purchase from here because of her great service! Def 5 ????

My sister and I went here this evening around 7pm to purchase hair color and the front desk was very nice i asked the young lady where the hair dye was located and she told me and as i finished getting the color, i noticed the Asian women looking at color but didn’t think anything of it just figured she was looking for color as well, so i went to pay and after i paid i realized i forgot two items i came for so i asked where the lashes were and as my sister and i went to look at the lashes i noticed that same Asian women on the opposite side of us pretending to look at lashes. So after that i realized we were being FOLLOWED! I was very upset and i left immediately after that and regret spending money on hair dye at that establishment. I have only been there 1 other time like years ago because i normal just go to target but that is my last time there and I’m very disappointed that in a black neighborhood that you have your business in that you don’t trust us to shop but want our money and want us to work for you.

My experience today was absolutely horrible for one what should have been simple reason......I could not get my wheelchair through the doors. The first door we had to unlock the left side of the glass door then there's a second set of doors but that left side which was also blocked by the way by a giant plant. I was frustrated so I went back to my truck & had my sister go record what we saw & when she went back to the entry part (but NEVER even entering any area where there was merchandise) they accused her of attempting to steal something!! The freakin nerve!! I will not go there again. I couldn't if I wanted to

This store will make you feel uncomfortable when shopping. They watched my every move like I was going to steal. I put my items back and left right out. Won’t ever return.

Big beauty supply store but I gave them 1 star because they be breathing down your neck when you’re shopping. They be trying make the cashiers who are young black women pretend like they’re tending to the store when really, they’re just watching YOU. It’s annoying like…you do know I can see you right?? Owner is incredibly RUDE!
