I have been coming here for years. But sadly I moved away to Richmond. After I moved I struggled finding salons I was comfortable in. Well I decided after I was allowed to have nails back on (job related) I drove from Richmond to here. Still the same awesome techs. Friendly atmosphere and did amazing job on my nails. As always. Place is always clean and staff is always welcoming
I went here for a acrylic set and paid almost 62 dollars plus a tip which I thought was a bit steep especially for 2 days later my nails were already lifting off my own nail. Will be trying other places. I wish I could dispute the charge because I definitely would.
Wife and I had a couples pedicure. Unfortunately I couldn't give a higher rating. Her pedicure was much more involved yet it cost me $3 more for the same and she had polish added to her pedicure. I felt like the person I had was in a hurry?
They did an amazing job! They are very professional and pay attention to detail. Lan did my dip manicure and did not rush… she took time to do it right. Excellent job!
Shop has new owner. Tom's gone. So I'm not sure if I'll be returning. Mia did great on my nails but not as welcoming as it use to be.
Only got a regular nail polish pedicure, but the salon was nice, nail techs greeted me immediately and let me know there was a wait. Pricing was reasonable and they actually give you an exfoliating pedicure without pressure to upsell it with skin scrubs, etc. I prefer dip powder/SNS type manicures but they do not offer that service, so I can't speak for the manicure services.
All of the nail techs do an awesome job. If you want to go on Friday or Saturday, make sure to make an appointment the day before.
I would never visit this place again! Staff sits around talking while the place is very dirty. When I asked the tech to correct something on my polish, she displayed her irritation immediately while speaking in her native language. She was so obvious that her coworkers turned around and all looked at me. I have noticed that many shops want the "All mighty dollar" but are rude and talk about their American customers. When will we wake-up and stop giving our hard earned dollars to businesses that are rude and talking about us in front of our faces?
