Got a manicure yesterday. I asked for a regular manicure just with white tips as I didn’t really care for color , I was told $30. After I was done I ended up paying $58 ( $5 tip) I’m confused on how the price jumped so high and my nails are plain and I’m not even happy with them. I’ve been to tons of nail places & got color and this was the highest I have ever paid and didn’t get but a regular manicure no color .

first the guy talked me out of getting dip because it was “too expensive” then when he asked were i had previously got my nails done he said the salon i went to sucked. he put the acrylic on top of my previous color and didn’t ask what shape i wanted. all of my nails are different lengths and he told me to relax then asked if i was “scared” needless to say i will not be returning. 100% a waste of money

They did it great job. Had 2 colors applied. Was done in a timely fashion and Very Happy with my results

Very unhappy on how my nails turned out. The guy basically did what he wanted he mixed colors to do an ombré effect and made them a completely different color from the rest. The shape is terrible. I was very specific on what I wanted. Not to mention he cut me. He put glitter on my index finger when I said no glitter (random) Will never be going to this location again. Very disappointed

I went to vip nails in Camby with my 3 year old daughter for pedicures. They did a beautiful job with both of our pedicures and even fixed my daughters nail polish after she messed it up. They had great attitudes and were extremely polite and professional. We will definitely return.

RUDE!! I’ve been here a few times as it is close to home. I usually go with the flow and don’t complain about services but the last 2 times I have been here the service was so ridiculous I almost walked out. While getting a mani, the girl literally screamed at me several times, “Relax! Relax!” Rolling her eyes and slapping at my hands. My skin was cut by the clippers and then scraped up by the file. Hard to relax when they are hurting you and screaming at you. Almost, similar experience with the pedi. The guy kept twisting my legs and feet around in weird positions and became very agitated with me when I moved my feet because sometimes they are ticklish causing me to jump. I apologized saying I wasn’t doing it on purpose. They apparently don’t realize that nail salons like theirs are a dime a dozen. Why pay for a service where they act like you, the customer, are an interruption to their smoke breaks on top of their strange rude behavior? I would suggest they seek employment at a morgue with their customer service skills.

First visit to Vip Nails today with my daughter. We both got the Spa pedicure. She got a manicure (French) and I just got a basic manicure. The Spa chairs at Vip are the BEST I’ve come across in the area. The nail techs were friendly. Our pedicure lasted the perfect amount of time and the hot stones were wonderful. The massage was so relaxing. The polish was so neat and precise, it almost looks like gel! Very impressed with the job they did! The only down side was the non gel nail polish selection is lacking. If you are looking for gel colors. They have a huge selection of beautiful colors. The price was reasonable for the great work. We will be back. Very soon. :)
