I absolutely love this place! I love getting to groom my dogs myself and not trash my bathroom doing it. The price is so affordable and anxious pup even loves it now!
My labradoodle had some issues going to the bathroom while we were out and about Saturday morning(stuff stuck to her fur????). I was beside myself what to do. I wrapped a plastic bag around her bum, put her back in the car and called Wag-N-Tongue.
I took her in, bathed her and cleaned her up. Easy peasy! They were so nice and had everything I needed.
10 minutes to close and she slipped both my boys in for toes. They usually fight over who gets to go first because they love her. If we drive past going somewhere else they voice their displeasure! One time on our way out, old dog made a break for it and went into the canal. I think he just wanted a bath and the self serve set up is great.
I have gone to wag n tongue several times with my blind husky and my small mini border collie . The place is always clean and has many options to use for your dog. I enjoy the service they provide . The staff is very pleasant and professional. I truly recommend this dog wash. I personally will be using there business many many times to come . Thank you Twin Falls for allowing this wonderful place in out town
The owner of this establishment knows what she is doing. I brought my Siberian Husky in one day 30 minutes before closing. I was planning to groom her myself, hoping I could get done before she closed. I was sooo wrong to think I could get done in 30 min, it took me 2 hours! I started working as fast as I could. She didnt rush me at all like I expected. But she even helped me, and taught me a lot. I had no idea how involved grooming a dog the correct way can be. Especially a husky. After working with her I realized I had never really washed my husky's skin. I've tried to give her a bath at home several times, but now I know those attempts pretty much did nothing and possibly made things worse. I ended up staying there for an hour and a half after closing! She very patiently stayed with me the whole time and taught me how to do it right. Had she not helped me, I wouldn't have gotten her near as clean as I did. If you are looking for a place to get your dog groomed, this place is it! She does a way better job than most groomers. Totally worth the bit more she charges. Plus she is very kind to the dogs, while still able to be firm with them. Look at all that fur! My husky looked so pretty when I got all done.
The lady that cut by dogs nails was very good. I went to the vet and they couldn't do it there they wanted to charge me 100 dollars to sedate my dog. I highly recommend this place.
This is a great place to self wash your dogs! They have everything you need and are reasonably priced! The owner is awesome as well!
We were on the road traveling and we’re in need of a dog wash, our puppy rolled in something stinky.
We were able to walk in, get our pup in the wash tub and had everything we needed to get her clean and smelling like a daisy.
The staff were helpful and gave a quick how-to and it was a great experience all around.
