I've been here twice before today. I'm a visually impaired mother and took my son here because the other two times was a good experience. Evidently, something changed. It wasn't crowded. There were a total of 4 clients. 2 being serviced and 2 waiting other than my son. I left for 5 minutes to pickup items from the beauty supply store next door. When I came back, one guy was finishing his client. The other two patrons were waiting for the other barber. My son asked the guy about cutting his hair and was ignored. Even I said excuse me loudly. I CAN'T SEE ANYONE. Even after I stood up voicing the issue NO ONE decided my business was good enough. I left. I will NEVER do business here. However, this review should help this business to learn better business practices and AVOID discrimination lawsuits. Every customer who enters your business should be treated equally. Furthermore, it could be beneficial to make good impressions on people who aren't from here to establish new clients.
I've been coming for years 7 to be exact.. I never had any problem with my haircut & people who I've sent has recieved the same great service.... Thanks For Being A Family Oriented Barber Shop... & maintaining that great service...
