I have used this particular Wonder Cuts from when it was located in the Winn Dixie strip mall on Wall Blvd., then I followed it when it move to the Target strip mall on Manhattan and then to its current location. Today, when I went there, there were two people before me. I wasn't told to sign the register. For all these years, probably 15 years, I HAVE NEVER -- NOT ONCE -- HAD TO SIGN A SIGN-IN SHEET. I was playing on my phone after I sat down to wait. After a while I looked up to see why it was taking so long. Since I did not realize that they were using a sign-in sheet to determine who was next, I was ignored. If they want to do this that's fine, but they should tell people to sign in when they enter the shop. I wasn't told, and neither did they acknowledge that I even existed. I guess they thought I came in to watch other people have their hair cut!! I'm sure that over all these years, my tip was more that the average left by other customers, so it's their loss. This is the place to go, you don't have to wait for anyone, they're waiting for you. That's good for business. This place has plenty of people working, the haircut is what I call a haircut to my likes.

I went with my mom today. We were greeted quickly, and taken right away. My mom had Ms. Shannon and I had Jazzie. They were both great! They cut our hair the way that we wanted. What I really appreciated was the dynamic between them. Jazzie asked for Ms. Shannon's advice with my haircut (kind of guessed she was new), and Ms. Shannon was more than willing to help. Jazzie was awesome, and cut my hair perfectly. Ms. Shannon was awesome and did a wonderful job on my mom. We will definitely be back!
