The guy who is taking the calls could do with abit of customer care. Very abrupt, rushing with a too busy attitude.

Food came on time. Chips Recooked and a slight suspicious finely chopped mushrooms are being used in the chicken chow mein dishes.

other dishes was nice and had flavours but a hair discovered in the prawn crackers! which put us off.

After trying every Chinese in Billericay and not finding a consistent one that we was happy with, we then found Yau’s, we ordered last night for the first time and I’ve gotta say it was absolutely delicious and couldn’t fault it at all! Delivery was super fast and the food was an easy 10/10!!! Can honestly say we’ve now found our go to Chinese! Thankyou Yau’s for such an amazing dinner!

Group of 12 of us net here for a friend's 40th. Restaurant was very accommodating and service was prompt never letting a glass get empty. The food was absolutely delicious. Note worthy was the ribs where the meat just fell off the bone - amazing! Looking forward to going back for sure!

Best thing about the meal was the bottle of coke.

Ribs, I took 1 bite and refused to put my taste buds through any more torture.

The chicken and sweet corn soup was bland and tasteless.

The garlic chicken pieces did however taste of chicken albeit the kitchen must have run out of garlic.

Even though we are further out than they normally deliver to they still come to deliver. The food is hands down the best Chinese I’ve had and I’ve had a lot of Chinese food! We have eaten in before too and service was great! Will definately be eating there again! Thank you ????

Have eaten here lots of times before.

I collected a take away for 4 people and now two of them have food poisoning.

I am extremely disappointed as 2 of my family members are poorly. This has ruined the weekend with my family.

The restaurant was busy and maybe they rushed the order through. This is unacceptable.
