Just left Yoopi nails after getting a pedicure with acrylic on my big toe & I’ve never been so upset leaving a salon before. The lady who worked on my nails made them so uneven & my right toe is so round and ugly even after I asked her multiple times to fix them. It looks like a child pained my toes I’m mad I even had to pay for this. If you go ask for Ricky and don’t let ANYONE else touch your nails. 10/10 would not recommend.
Went here for the first time on two weeks ago as a family for our little girls 6th birthday (mom, dad, child), and had a lovely time! We all got pedicures and the manicurist also did a fantastic job correcting my nails that were done poorly at a different nail salon two weeks prior. Will definitely be making this our regular nail salon if the service continues to be as courteous and relaxing as was experienced during this visit.
I believe Joanne is the woman that did my manicure (pink and white) and she was absolutely lovely. Kind and funny and made it oh so relaxing. Hoping to become a regular with her.
The women that did the pedicures for all three of us were great! Loved every last bit of it and they made our littles girls first visit to the nail salon extra special. Thanks!
I really enjoy the people at Yoopi Nails and Spa. Very nice to be around! I have never been as completely happy with my nails and pedicures until I had them done there. It’s not a big fancy place but they do beautiful work!
Walked in no wait. Well staffed professional clean, laid back environment. I got exactly what I wanted and everyone was kind and gentle with me. Loved it !
I didn't have an appointment but they took me right in and one person on my nails and one giving me a spa pedicure.
Wanted to try a new place, closer to home. Gentlemen doing my nails was very friendly. He used the drill to take off most of my previous NexGen (dip powder). I jumped 3x because the drill was burning my nail bed. Then on the final sanding with the drill he cut my cuticle. Ok, got through that and thought all was good until I got home and in the light could see the mess. The powder, that drys like acrylic, is all over my fingers and cuticles. It looks like I did them and not a professional. I’m afraid this gentleman needs a lot more practice. I will try somewhere else next time. $38+$1for card+$5tip=$44 ????
I love yoopi nails & spa , everyone is so sweet . Very friendly and they always have on a smile . Yoopi is my happy place . Richie treats me like a princess, can't get any better than that. ???????????????????? ????
Excellent at what they do. While I was washing my hands, my manicurist sat another client in my chair while my phone was on the table and my purse wide open.
My friend grabbed my bag and phone. Upon leaving, my friend mentioned to my manicurist that next time he shouldn’t sit someone down before moving their stuffs. Friendly suggestion.
The manicurist exploded on my friend basically saying she has no interest in this issue, but very rude. My friend walked out and he continued to bad mouth my friend, “who is she to tell me…”. It was bad.
I said that sometimes you need to listen to the customer because they may be right. He just ignited some more and basically shut me down.
I love their work; they are great artist ally. My friend had a valid point. Why not own the issue and apologize? Because it is inappropriate to seat someone without removing the prior clients items.
Just my two cents.
