First time here.. Wendy did an excellent job with my pedicure ! Than I decided to get a new full set and lady had no clue how to work with foil design .. she ended up by just using yellow polish .instead of yellow .. . had some cuts and price was above high! I want to say better short- med size

I came in and showed the lady what nails I wanted asked her a price and everything. When it came to cut my nails I said I don’t want them cut and all 3 start talking about how long my nails were and continued to speak in another language. The first pic is what I wanted and showed her. The second is what I got. I’m a paying customer you shouldn’t complain about what I want. 0 stars I will not be returning. Edit- I’ve had my nails for 2 weeks and 2 have already came off.
Truly above and beyond service! Received a world class pressure point massage with my pedi and will keep coming back as long as Michael works here! He was so nice and attentive, did my nails and toes! Go for your nails, stay for the pedi!!
My dip powder chipped and when I ask to have it fixed the mail tech just filed it crooked and told me it was fixed. I told him I needed another top coat and he basically ignored me and continued with someone else nails. He was so dismissive and could care less about the money I just spent there a few days ago.
These wonderful people have went above and beyond for me and my elder father we did a full pedicure and he doesn't have any numbing in his FEET and longer and I absolutely recommend this place
Not a pleasant experience. I will never return or recommend this shop to anyone. Very Poor Customer Service! Dont expect to be treated nice if you have darker skin.
I have been coming here almost 3 months now and I LOVE this place. Have lived here 3 years and found it hard to find that perfect mix of comfortability, cleanliness and people who know what they are doing.
Here they are so inviting, clean and detail oriented. Tammy is incredible at doing my HOT GEL nails which is rare these days. She's so easy to talk to and so funny.
Wendy is just as amazing and gives the best pedicures. Her foot massages are heavenly.
Vivian is absolutely amazing with my daughters, patient and so sweet.
Having easy and open communication with your nail tech is very important. I love how they listen and are very detailed so my nails and my girls always look perfect. You need to try this place. Tell them Cassaundra sent you. Your going to love it!!
Horrible gave them chance after chance. Doesnt matter if you make an appointment they still make you wait. Staff is not friendly and they overcharge for services. They use cheap products and have no selection. This is not the place to go if you want to treat yourself. Everyone works there is miserable no passion for doing nails at all. Zero stars. Oh yeah and they are racist.
