Angel nail spa never disappoints. I do a dip manicure on my natural nails and it lasts 4 weeks never chips or breaks. I use my hands at work and sanitize tons at work and never an issue. I’ve been coming for almost 3 years and never dissatisfied. Highly recommend if you’re in the pgh area!!!

Older gentleman did my nails, would not make eye contact with me, did not speak to me except to tell me where to put my hands and most of that communication was gestural. Which is ok, but not particularly relaxing or pleasant when your getting a manicure. He was also rough to the point where I had to say ow and pull my hand away several times. He finally got the message and was more gentle or I would have left. As far as the manicure goes he used a nail file on my natural nails that was incredibly coarse and abrasive and looked like it had two weeks of acrylic dust in it. Pretty yucky and not good for natural nails when you are sawing back and forth on them like he was & he had me soak my nails in water, just a bowl of plain water which he then proceeded to use to simultaneously clean the cuticle trimmer with so I got to soak in cold cuticle funk water. It was gross. & I’m pretty sure soaking your nails before putting on gel is not recommended. The hand “massage” with lotion was a joke. Used almost no lotion and certainly not a massage, which I was ok with because the whole thing was yuck. & he never put down a towel -marble table tops were very cold on my arms, never had a manicure where they didn’t put a towel down before. Anyway all that I would ignore if I got a good polish job that lasted 2-3 weeks like a gel manicure should. Nope- one week in and it’s chipping. Plus he under-cured it and the tips of my nails were all thick and gloppy. The guy had no idea what he was doing. Waste of my $45 and waste of my time.

I got my nails done on Wednesday by Sunday 2 of them were broken because of how thin the acrylic was applied. I was fixing my shoe when one broke and was lifting a box (very light) when the other one broke. Not to mention I was there since 6:30 pm and did not leave until after 10 pm because the guy there didn’t know what he was doing and another lady had to take over. Even after all of that I still tipped them 10$ each because they were trying and they looked really nice after the fact but the durability and stability is horrible.

I come here regularly for pedicures. They do an impeccable job and never disappoint. Staff is extremely friendly, efficient , and professional. Their craftsmanship and work ethic is unmatched. Place is well oiled machine. Highly recommend.

The past 4 years I've been getting my nails done here on and off. They've always done a good job. Yesterday I had a guy do my nails that was so aggressive and passive towards everything I was saying. He pressed the powder on me because it was quicker and easier and refused to do the gel when the powder hurts so bad. Won't be coming back here again sadly.
