This suggests that Angel Nails Place may not have the expertise or willingness to accommodate certain nail art requests.
In conclusion, Angel Nails Place has a mix of strengths and weaknesses. While they excel in creating a kind and welcoming atmosphere, providing quick service, and maintaining a clean environment, they struggle with issues such as poor communication, inconsistent nail quality, and subpar customer service. It is important for the salon to address these weaknesses and improve upon them to ensure a more positive and satisfying experience for their customers.
Best TL Reviews
Literally worst experience ever at a nail salon. I usually do my own nails, so I know what should be done, and they did not exceed my expectations. First, they wanted me to do dip powder when I said no, but ended up doing it anyway cause I don't like confrontation. Then we go to choose the type of red powder, and I chose the darkest. Also, I wanted a black and red gradient, but they said they can't do it with those colors when you absolutely can. Anyway, they ended up SWITCHING the red I wanted with this berry red and said "don't worry, it's dark too." I should have pulled my hands away at that point. Then I said I wanted blood drips and pulled up a reference for the shape. They said I'd need a different color cause they couldn't understand what I meant which isn't the worst part, but it's frustrating. Then she pulls out a dotting tool, and I thought, great, she'll get the drips right. NOOOOO she takes a nail art brush and creates drips that look like frog toes! Then put a matte top coat without asking what top coat I wanted. We ended up glossy, but this was a long exchange I didn't need. Then proceeds to make me pay $68 for it. And like I said, I don't like confrontation, so I'll be petty and give them this review instead. Don't come here if you want nail art.
They've done my nails twice now, I love it! They're gentle and patient and so so nice.
very bad customer service experience. Lady keep arguing/pointing finger at me and yelling while I shared feedback from last visit that my nail is broken in less than a week(explaining her situation that I called immediately with in a week that my acrylic nail came out and they have no appointments to fix it until a week later still I'm ok to get my regular bi weekly gel fill and ready to pay for it) despite of being that flexible, I hate to see in front of me she is talking about me to other customers as if I'm just complaining for no reason.
very unfriendly until we report any problem.....
The people here are extremely kind and make great conversation, the atmosphere was great and I enjoyed being there. I have to be honest in the review though, and unfortunately, the nails weren’t more than three stars. I got matte white and then a set of matte black acrylics on the other hand (I’m a violinist, can only have long nails on one hand). My acrylics (something in between an almond and stiletto) were crooked and the thumb nail wasn’t fully attached at the tip. Both hands, however, had a lot of bubbles in them.
There was a quite humorous moment though, I asked for a swan as a design (wound up not having time to get it before they closed, that’s alright though) and the lady said she couldn’t do them. The lady who ran the desk overheard and said “she can, she just doesn’t know what you mean in English,” she turns to her and says “fancy duck,” and she seemed to understand then
I had a bad experience there. I walk in and make an appointment I said manicure, pedicure, gel, and French design. Then I waited for the pedicure for 30 min, she started my pedicure it was so painful. After that she said I don’t have the color you want. She’s so mean to me, she had a bad attitude. I told her I want French design but she doesn't want to hear me, she said again and again with a bad attitude I do different color. But I don't want another color. She doesn't know what's manicure and pedicure. They talked with each other I understand what they said. They said charge her a lot just don't hear her. And she said I don't know how to do French. They talk with each other about customers they are so bad. I never want to go back.
Very friendly and welcoming environment. Exceeded expectations and my services were handled quickly seeing as how I was a walk in. Definitely recommended whether your in the area or are in search of a new place to relax and just getaway from it all.
I had a pedicure that looked like a toddler painted my toes! Nails not even. Try somewhere else!
Only needed toe nails cut, but went for full pedicure as I'm on my feet quite a bit and decided to treat myself. Very friendly, nice & clean. Will be back in the future!!
