So I’ve been coming here for years & spent no telling how much money! Came in tonight a few minutes before closing, 8:25- they close at 8:30. Instead of hello, it was “We are closed, what do you need?” in a rude fashion. The door was unlocked and it wasn’t 8:30. I’ve been working since 7am this morning, went to the gym, then came by to just grab eye liner pencils. I won’t be back.

Tried to exchange a 4.99 pack and was getting something more then the valued but the owner he had an attitude and claimed it to be “dirty” when i literally just got the hair the following day before . Walked to my car grabbed receipt and he snapped on me . I would never recommended this beauty supply . this is the second time they have had and attitude for no reason. I do hair and spend lots of money in there but never again! Never . I grabbed my product and left and I’m heading to Elite Beauty supply by Cumberland mall they open earlier and are never rude! Hope this helps someone

Great experience with Management and Staff. The hair care technician provides good suggestions when I'm looking to try new products. This is one of my favorite stores to shop.

Well, the store owners could be geared more to customer service. A woman was in the store because something was not marked correctly, and they wouldn't give a to her. Also they sell clothes but some of their clothes have a default on them and they have a no return policy. That's not fair.

I always get my beauty products from beauty Empire they always have what I need.

If you ever go to this store, ask for LYNN. She is amazing! She is super friendly and has an awesome personality. She always makes wonderful suggestions, is very patient and will always go 110% to make sure I leave this store with exactly what I want. She always makes sure to let me know about all new items. I absolutely adore her.The store itself has a great selection
