This can result in misunderstandings and unsatisfactory outcomes for customers.
To address these weaknesses, the Beauty Lounge Spa should focus on improving the consistency and quality of their services through additional training and quality control measures. They should also prioritize customer service and ensure that all staff members adhere to professional and respectful behavior. Improving hygiene practices and implementing clear communication protocols can also enhance the overall customer experience. Moreover, addressing any issues related to equality and inclusivity within the spa is crucial to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers.
Best TL Reviews
Worst manicure and experience. They offered to repaint my nails but the manicure was bad. They even took pics to show the worker how bad it was but never offered to give me my money back. I had a mani pedi and the manicurist stuck her sharp nails in my cuticles to remove the nail polish. I snatched my hand back twice. I hope I dont get nail infections. It was definitely uncomfortable, stretching my arms across my body to get the opposite hand done. No relaxation.
I'm a professional nail tech came because I didn't want to do my nails after having a c section I asked for ombré set I'm very disgusted with the outcome didn't nearly take the steps to create a beautiful ombré set now on the other hand Amy was great on my toes Brandon did my acrylic on my two big toes amazing prolly wouldn't come back tho
I’ve been going for several years and yes they are rude and sometimes disrespectful including management, but I love my technician who I have had for several years. If it wasn’t for her I would not go. They don’t value or respect the Black clients!
This is my first time doing a review. THIS NAIL SHOP HAS POOR MANAGEMENT.
So I used to go to this nail shop every 2 weeks and had no problem. Until one time I went in and told the front desk that I wanted a new full set. She insisted and insisted that I just get a fill instead of spending all that money (it was busy and they were tryna get people out). I understand that I should have been more persistent about getting a new set.
These pictures are from 3 days after the FILL I got there. Mind you, this is a full set (fake nails) with acrylic. The acrylic is obviously too thin. If you look at the picture of my hand to the light, you see the quality of their paint job.
I think I'm a pretty calm person, and I understand these things happen. I wasn't even really upset when I went in. BUT the woman at the front desk who's usually there (Asian lady who usually looks mad at the world when I'm in there) rose her voice at me and accused me of lying, stating: "You know your nails are older, you should have gotten a new set. Also, nail techs wouldn't recommend a fill because they don't make as much of a commission." She wasn't even there when I got my nails done so tell me.. how you know what the nail tech said? This would have been my 3rd time getting a fill.
Now I'm not struggling for no funky $20 manicure-it's not that serious and I reminded her of that when I told her that I wasn't there to argue and she needed to calm down when talking to me.
Moral of the story-they DIDN'T redo my nails. In the event you ever have to deal with the receptionist woman, she is UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. When people come in and spend their hard earned money, maybe flashing a smile and being polite will work out in your favor.
I've been going here for 2 years for face and eye brow waxing/threading. I had surgery 2 months ago and told Catherine that I was still sensitive in certain areas under my chin. I was afraid waxing was going to hurt but she was so gentle and kept checking to make sure I was doing ok. Every time I go here they are all sweet, professional, and don't rush their work. Nothing but positive experiences.
Been going here for years. David, Mike, and Brandon are great nail techs! Vivian is awesome with pedicures.
On my 8 years of coming here this is my 100th time I have to dispute on the tech using the prior customer filer buffer and nail clippers. Tech always has a fit and argues with me telling me they are new supplies. I’m observing the tech come to attend me not bothering with walking away to at least play dumb that they did get new supplies. But I still keep coming unlike others will argue just so they get free service.
The staff are very nice and very professional i really enjoy coming here favorite nail spot
