I’ve been shopping at this store for years. I’ve spent a lot of money on there wigs. I purchased 10 bags of braiding hair for braiding my daughters hair. I realized that I purchased to many and bought back 5 unopened bags to return them. They wouldn’t give me my money back. Never will I spend my money in this store after being a loyal customer.

I will never shop here again. I went to buy a wig the Older Asian lady said I couldn't try it on and I couldn't buy the one off the mannequin. She brought the box to the younger Asian lady at the register and when I got home I realized they gave me the wrong wig. Scammers

They have great prices, variety and wonderful customer service. I also like the fact that I can go here and find things that I cannot find anywhere else. I will definitely be returning.

Awesome Beauty supply store they literally sell EVERYTHING!!!! Great for professionals as well as the public they have the best selection in Anne Arundel County. The owner Minnie is so GREAT & The Woman that runs the Wig Department is so amazing and Knowledgeable they go above and beyond for their customers!! They are worth the drive EVERYTIME 5 STAR SERVICE!!!!!!

This place had to grow on me , because everytime I would go in here they would follow me around when I come in there n spend hundreds of dollars but we cleared tht up fast once I spoke my mind I think we good now

My name is Sylvia and I went in the shop to just look at all the wigs. Two ladies were trying on wigs and we started to laugh and all three of us were trying on different wigs. The lady at the counter kept coming back asking us what we were going to buy. We have the right to try on and we shouldn't have to be pressured into purchasing one. 40 minutes in she came back there and rudely stated that," that's enough and what are we going to buy?!" This was rude, unprofessional and seemed like we were being profiled for us being women of color. I will never and I mean never go into that store to buy something again and if I could have gotten away with giving this store and the manager zero stars, I would have!
