I love coming to this store.. 1st of all the Gospel music they play.. Blesses my soul every time.. They usually always have what I need & if they don’t they’ll get it in quickly.. and the cashiers are Great.. But Noel is more than helpful.. she’s a lot of fun & we end of laughing & joking about everything!!.. Great store.. Wonderful people

They have a very limited selection of products even though the place is fairly large. Huge selection of wigs though. If you know what you need, order it online. Unless you need a wig. I asked the girl at the register for some permanent color, because I couldn't find any, and she had no idea what I was talking about. She had no idea what I was talking about! At the beauty supply! Really? In the end, it's because they didn't carry any. They only have demi and boxed colors that are specifically for women of color. It said it on the boxes just like that. No objections here, but we all know that if you have fine hair like me, you can't use these products. This is not like a Sally. It's not.

Mr Bo was very amazing. I'm from new Jersey and stopped by his store first off his music is amazing and I complimented him on that last time . He took care of me and everything I needed today. This is a blessed man and he will keep being blessed by God.

Bo totally rocks!!! His customer service is outstanding! Each visit I am greeted by friendly associates, with many great beauty products to choose from. Definitely stop by if in the area! ✨????

Love this beauty supply store they are very friendly and always gives little free samples. They give out little lollipops to the kids. Really good prices too.

Mr Bo is the go to when it comes to friendly business and customer service. I love that his store has so many options. He even has new velcro laced wig bands to keep wigs in place. I highly recommend Beauty and Us to everyone. He is all about the best interest of the lady customers, and that's what I love. It's also my daughter's favorite place to purchase hair due to the many options.

I called Bo the other day to see if he had a beard trimmer I ordered one from him a few years back he when to his store and shipped it to me that day. Great customer service and he’s a great owner he treats his customers like family. Thanks for your help again MR BO.
