Quick Facts About Bellagio Nail & Spa
Bellagio Nail & Spa has received mixed reviews from customers, with both positive and negative experiences. In order to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of the salon, let's examine the comments provided.
Starting with the positive comments, one customer praised the "perfect service" at Bellagio Nail & Spa. They mentioned that the salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and the price is reasonable. Another customer, who had been a regular for 11 years, expressed their love for the salon and satisfaction with the owner's customer care.
On the other hand, several negative comments raise concerns about the salon's quality of service and customer experience. One customer described their experience as one of the worst at a nail salon. They encountered rude and mean staff members, one of whom cut their finger and left blood without apologizing. The customer complained about uneven and rough nail beds, as well as not receiving the desired colors. They left feeling disappointed and felt that the $60 spent was a waste.
Another customer had an unpleasant experience with a nail technician named Emma. Despite repeatedly asking for powder nails, Emma forcefully upsold gel nails, which led to disappointment. The gel nails burned during the drying process, and the color outcome was unsatisfactory and sloppy. When the customer expressed their dissatisfaction and asked for a refund, Emma offered a discount but initially attempted to overcharge them. The customer felt taken advantage of and stated that they would not be returning to the salon.
Additional negative comments mention poor quality services such as a horrible manicure that started breaking after only one day, prompting the customer to request a refund. They were met with resistance from the staff. Another customer complained that the pedicure they received was underwhelming and overpriced. They labeled the salon a "scam."
Overall, Bellagio Nail & Spa has some strengths, including a reputation for cleanliness and reasonable pricing. Positive comments also highlight friendly and attentive staff members. However, weaknesses arise from negative experiences with rude and unprofessional technicians, as well as subpar services and poor customer service. Complaints about unsatisfactory colors, rough nail beds, and breakage shortly after service indicate lapses in quality. Additionally, a lack of willingness to offer refunds or resolve issues satisfactorily adds to the weaknesses of the salon.
In summary, Bellagio Nail & Spa has both strengths and weaknesses. To improve, the salon should focus on training their staff to provide excellent customer service, address any quality issues, and be responsive to customer complaints. This will help create a more positive and satisfactory experience for their customers.

Perfekter Service, sehr sauber, freundlich, Preis angemessen.
One of the worst experiences at a Nail salon. The ladies were both extremely rude and mean! The one doing my pedicure kept yanking my feet to place them where she wanted. The lady doing my mani was bluntly mean and kept giving me a dirty look. She cut 2 of my fingers and left the blood to dry without apologizing. She filed my nail-bed with the rough side of the file which was painful and left my nail-beds uneven and rough. I gave her 2 colors to try and she said “no” and just put it on her glove for me to see the color, which was impossible since the glove was yellow. So, I left with just a clear coat. Just a horrible experience and a waste of $60!!
I had a very unpleasant experience at this establishment this afternoon, a friend of mine and I went to get services done, this was my first time at this salon and I always get the same services done no matter which salon I go to, I always get powder dipped nails on my natural nails. The Nail technician Emma asked me what I wanted, and I told her numerous times that I wanted powder nails mind you I've been using dip powder nails for one year straight on my natural nails and I don't use anything else on my nails. I've never had an issue with having a personal preference, Emma decides instead of giving the service that I ask for to try and aggressively upsell me on gel nails which I've never tried, I understand she wanted to make an upsell but after pushing me to try it and even applying the gel onto my fingers after I already told her I was not interested, I eventually agreed for her to do it, since she was so persistent (which was her plan I'm sure) When i asked her what she was applying on my nails as i knew it wasn't the correct steps for dipping powder her response was "But I recommended you to try this one instead." I'd like to say this service she recommended takes much longer and is way more expensive than dipping powder nails - $82, It also burns really badly when you place your hand in her nail dryer, Like you can seriously harm yourself that's how badly it burns to the point i had to keep taking my hand out of the dryer , I told her this and he said for me to just poke my hands in and out of the dryer like it was normal for it to burn that hot! After applying the gel, I noticed she was also not confident in giving me the color i requested, I asked for red / natural ombre colored nails and and they came out very lumpy (Index finger has a big lump on the nail -isn't smooth) All nails have very Tiny bumps all over all of them, the sides hold small chips and color isn't consistent on some of them, they are just presented very sloppy and sticky, I realized as I got home they actually attract lent! I told her that I was not happy with them and she offered to charge me the same amount as
The original service that I asked for, dipping powder nails because they are way less. Once we got to the counter she then tries to charge me the original price of the gel nails that she did that I wasn't happy with, I said Emma weren't you going to give me the discount and she's looked over to her coworker and said oh "OK I will give you $20 off" with a very unapologetic attitude. I understand that things happen, and sometimes nail techs aren't able to deliver the service that they say they can, but I absolutely am at disbelief of how sneaky and unprofessional she was on top of it all. If you take a look all of the pictures below I took after leaving the appointment, It's quiet safe to say that I was taken advantage of and will never be coming here again.
I paid a good amount of money for gel extensions and pedicure. Both were horrible.
The manicure started breaking after 1 day. And it broke again 3 days later. I wasn’t doing anything to cause it. They just did a bad job.
She offered to fix all the nails and I said I can’t waste my time with y’all. I want a refund
She said no I’ll fix the nails and I told her I don’t have time. She said what do you want me to do? I said I wanted my money back. I didn’t pay for press ons. If I wanted press on nails, I would have gone to Walgreens and myself the money and headache.
The pedicure was underwhelming and too much money for what I got. Overpriced, horrible customer service.
This place is a scam
I love this place been going to the lodges for 11 years. Vince is the owner and is always making sure we are taking care of. Everyone is very friendly and they do a good job. We always walk out of there with a smile. ????
The front desk people are really nice. But my technician was absolutely lackluster and I didn’t have the time to go back and ask for someone else to fix it. But my nails are so thin and the gel X is so bumpy. She had absolutely no technique she should just be sticking to nail polish and not gel X at all. My nails look so cheap.
Cracked gel the next day, rude personal , unprofessional technicians and that is not all.
The costumer service is horrible, they just don’t respect their clients. They got 3 ⭐️ for a reason, I do not recommend this place.
The administrator wasn’t nice at all and I guess she got used to get complaints from costumers because she seemed not to care about this issue. She didn’t even say “ I am sorry “ just “come back will fix it”
The technician first did my nails and they had a lot of bumps on them, when I told her about it she started blame my previous nails for some reason, and then she tried to fix them . pulling my hands, rushing. The experience was awful.
If you don’t want someone to experiment on your nails avoid this place.
This is my first time coming to this location, and I was wowed by the service and attentiveness I received. Sophia was so helpful in helping me achieve a look I wanted with my nails. She was very patient and sweet. Rosa did my pedicure and was very nice as well. My bf also decided to get his first manicure and also had a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back. So thankful for your help and great service!
