Quick Facts About Belle Spa Nails
Belle Spa Nails, based on the comments provided, has both strengths and weaknesses.
Starting with the strengths, many customers have praised the professionalism and talent of the staff members. Judy and Andy, specifically, were mentioned as being wonderful, professional, funny, and talented. This indicates that the salon has skilled and personable technicians who can provide a positive experience for customers. Additionally, the commenter indicated that they will be back for more pedicures, suggesting that they were satisfied with their overall experience.
Another strength of Belle Spa Nails is its cleanliness. One commenter mentioned that the salon seemed clean, which is an important aspect for customers looking for a hygienic environment. Cleanliness is crucial in a nail salon to prevent the spread of infections and ensure a safe and pleasant experience for customers.
There was also a mention of the owner being a friendly individual, which can contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the salon. Friendliness and good customer service are important factors in creating a positive impression of a business and encouraging customer loyalty.
Now, moving on to the weaknesses of Belle Spa Nails, there were several concerning comments regarding customer service and treatment. One reviewer had a negative experience where they felt pressured into getting artificial nails despite expressing a preference for natural nails. Furthermore, the technician proceeded to cut off the customer's real nails without their consent. This lack of communication and disregard for customer preferences raises concerns about the level of professionalism and expertise of the staff.
Another weakness noted in the comments is the rude treatment towards a customer who had an appointment. The staff members were reportedly rude from the start, which is unacceptable in any service-oriented establishment. This type of behavior can result in negative experiences and customers choosing not to return, as indicated by the commenter.
Several comments mentioned issues with communication and knowledge of the staff. The inability to answer basic questions over the phone and the lack of knowledge regarding services can be frustrating for potential customers. Additionally, there were instances where the staff was not effective in callus removal and were overly aggressive in nail and cuticle removal, causing discomfort and even bleeding.
One significant weakness highlighted in a comment was the mistreatment of a handicapped individual. The salon allegedly told the customer, who was using a walker, to leave, displaying a lack of empathy and understanding. This kind of mistreatment is both morally wrong and discriminatory, leading to a negative perception of the salon.
There were also mentions of additional charges and surprises at the end of services, such as charging for removing gel polish and adding an extra fee for flower designs. These unexpected charges can leave customers feeling taken advantage of and can damage the salon's reputation.
In summary, Belle Spa Nails has strengths such as professional and talented technicians, a clean environment, and friendly staff members. However, there are several weaknesses, including issues with communication, customer service, mistreatment of individuals with disabilities, and unexpected charges. These weaknesses should be addressed by the salon to improve the overall customer experience and reputation of the establishment.

I went in for a manicure and gel French tips. Like always when I go in. She attempted to talk me into solar nails and I continued to tell her that I don’t like fake nails.I enjoy my real natural nails not the plastic tips. She then started cutting my real nails off. Before I noticed what was happening( due to my MS my brain doesn’t react fast like normal. When I realized she was cutting off my nails it was too late cause one hand now had nothing on it. She charged me $75 for solar/ artificial nails. She also told me they would stay on for 4-6 weeks. 4 days later I had already lost 3 of my solar nails.
I have been going to this salon for years but after this I will not be returning.
Judy + Andy were wonderful. They are professional, funny, and talented. We will be back for more pedicures!
I'm pleased with the turnout of my nails but the husband took forever to take the polish off. She didn't take all of the old polish off before she filled my nails and polished them. While he was doing my nails, a lady came in who had an appointment and they were absolutely RUDE to her from the start. After the husband took her polish off, she moved to the next station and they raised the price of her nails, she walked out and I would have done the same if i was treated the way she was. I would not recommend them to anyone.
My mom came here for an appointment to get a filling. They looked at her nails, told her they only take cash. The woman grabbed my mom's WALKER and told her to leave. This is no place to go, they should be put out of business, they are horrible, and to someone who is handicapped!
tried to call for information on pedicure service, he didn’t know any answers to the questions I had.. there was just a few and very basic.
i tried to ask if there was callus removal and he said “I’m with client now talk later” then hung up the phone.
The wife was very friendly and it seemed clean. Be aware CASH ONLY, they also charge extra for removing gel polish. Unfortunately, the callous removal was not effective at all. The nail & cuticle removal was very agressive. We went last week and my toe is still sore. My daughter was bleeding on 4 of her toes, so badly on one that they had to use powder to stop the bleeding. Sadly, we will not go back.
Appointment made in advance was required and we arrived on time for our his and hers pedicures. Traveling on vacation, we were grateful to find a location on short notice.
We were stopped at the door by the husband and told we must wait outside. 7 minutes later we were invited in but told to go wash our hands, then fill out an intake sheet on Covid-19. I get it, people are freaking out about this "fake" pandemic and businesses have to comply or be fined or closed by the State or City. I get it. It is just annoying how we have let ourselves be duped into this pandemic which is not more serious than a flu.
Anyway, the service was just okay. Husband doesn't know nails and his performance was inexperienced. Wife (owner) was fair in her service as they tag teamed us for our pedicure experience.
Prices were fair. Big surprise was they made us take the nail file and scrub block (Covid-19 regulations) and then charged us $2 each for something we did not want or need. Then an upcharge of $5 for flowers painted on my wife's big toe fresh nail polish. Only a few bucks but was a last minute surprise not discussed until all services were complete.
I wish them well, but the poor to average quality of service makes this location my "not preferred" place for nails.
Great quiet, clean place to stop in and get your nails done by the nicest lady. She is the only one there, so be patient and make an appointment. SHE IS WORTH IT. Got a red full set and matching toes on a little vacay I am taking ! I would upload my photos but I don’t see the option too ????♀️
