The worst service I have ever got.. PLEASE DO NOT GO IF YOU WANTED GOOD NAILS. The customer service is very bad. They are not nice and they wanted don’t respond to you properly and says “do what ever you want” Very rude. My nails situation was bad after 3-4 days a gel nail polish. I wasted a lot of money on them. Their regular nail polish is good than the gel ones. They asked to come once to the store to fix it but I could make it the other day they gave me appointment after hours and I was not sure if the store is open or not. I am not at all satisfied with the service and the way they talked.
I don’t normally leave reviews but the customer service is so bad here that I just had to.
This is my third time here and each experience gets worse. I wanted to give them a try since my mom is a big fan. I don’t understand why.
They don’t properly schedule their appointments. The staff is rude.
They’re condescending.
The water for the foot bath is too hot, while someone walked by they informed me it’ll be a few more minutes and I informed them the water was too hot he said “just wait a few minutes for it too cool down.” The last time I did a pedicure there was still rough skin on the bottom of my foot and the Polish only lasted a few days.
Update. My appointment was at 4 at 4:20 they seated me at 4:25 I informed them of the hot water. It is now 4:35 and my pedicure has not started yet.
There have been ladies at the other side waiting to get their pedicures who arrived way before I did and the man who told me to wait for the water to cool down has just started to do their pedicures.
Also my moms water was fine she said her water is now cold.
So if you want to waste a whole afternoon, receive terrible service, and receive a lousy pedicure and this is the place !

The people I’ve interact with prior (a very short woman and an older gentleman) were rude.
The tech (he has glasses) doing my pedicure very delightful, sweet, and bad manners.
Only reason I did not get up and leave is because my mother wanted to stay.
Anna is my forever nail person. Anna does amazing work!!! She have good customer service and knows how to shape your nails to fit the design that you are looking for. They are always super busy, it will help to call and make appointment.
My first experience here wasn’t the greatest but I decided to go back and I had a different person this time and she KILLED it! I am so I love with my nails! Her name is Diane and I 10/10 recommended her for your nails designs! ????????????????
They are amazing! I had a 10/10 experience it was super clean the people were nice and they perfectly matched my design!
My pedicure was not done well, I still had dead skin everywhere and the paint chipped right away and she did not do the foot massages which is really why I go.And its like she was afraid to just get in there and do her job properly. Which makes me sad cuzI love this place. T was always good and thorough.!!!
T’s Nails is by far the best nail salon I have ever been to. Anna and T are the owners and they have an amazing staff and cleanest salon. Great customer service! If you are looking for a salon, Go to T’s!
Horrible service. Dont ever go. I and my mom went for pedicure and nails. Pedicure worst service. The roughness dint go at all. I told him to do again. He ignored n neglected. Nails i got dip done. Not happyy at all. Nailpolish came of from sides and m not satisfied. When you charge extra for everything. We expect good service. I took my friends also along with me. Even they were not happy. $250 waste of money. Will never come back.!!!!
