Quick Facts About Sue Ann's Pro Nails
Sue Ann's Pro Nails has received a mix of positive and negative comments from customers. It is important to consider both the strengths and weaknesses based on the feedback provided.
One of the strengths mentioned by a customer is that Sue Ann's Pro Nails is a clean and well-maintained salon. The customer mentions that they appreciate the cleanliness and that it is never crowded. This indicates that the salon pays attention to cleanliness and provides a comfortable and pleasant environment for customers. Another strength mentioned is the friendliness of the staff. Multiple customers mention that the staff is nice and friendly, with one customer specifically mentioning that Cindy is their preferred nail technician. Friendly staff can create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers.
The affordability of the services at Sue Ann's Pro Nails is also mentioned as a strength. One customer mentions that the prices are reasonable and another customer mentions that they are very affordable. This indicates that the salon offers competitive prices compared to other nail salons in the area, which can attract budget-conscious customers.
However, there are also several weaknesses highlighted in the comments. One common criticism is the pricing structure. One customer mentions that they paid $40 for a full set and then another $40 for a fill, which they believe is too expensive. Another customer mentions that the prices for a manicure and pedicure were the same as just a color change and a no-chip manicure. This indicates that the pricing structure may not be transparent or fair for all services offered.
Another weakness mentioned is the poor customer service and rude behavior of some staff members. One customer mentions feeling rushed and confused about what they were supposed to do during their visit. They also mention that one staff member was rude and snarky when asked a question about the color of the polish. Another customer mentions that the staff spoke in their own language the entire time, which can be perceived as rude to other customers. Poor customer service and rude behavior can create a negative experience for customers and discourage them from returning.
Quality concerns are also mentioned as a weakness. One customer mentions that their nails were filed aggressively, causing pain. Another customer mentions that their nail technician left polish smeared on their toes and only applied one coat. These quality issues indicate that there may be inconsistencies in the skills of the nail technicians, which can affect the overall satisfaction of customers.
In conclusion, Sue Ann's Pro Nails has strengths in terms of cleanliness, friendliness of staff, and affordability. However, there are weaknesses in terms of the pricing structure, customer service, and quality of the services provided. Addressing these weaknesses would be crucial for Sue Ann's Pro Nails to improve customer satisfaction and retain customers.

I took my daughter there 2 weeks ago to get a full set that was $40. She had a great experience especially since it was her first time. I just left there today after getting her nails filled. It was another $40. Fills should be cheaper than getting a full set. Plus the lady was kind of aggressive when filing her nails and she said that it hurt her badly. This will be our last time going there.
I love this place, it’s never crowded and it’s always nice and clean. The ladies working there are really nice. Cindy is the best, I always go to her for my nails.
I really enjoyed my experience here. I never got acrylic nails done before, so the lady (I didn’t catch her name) that helped me suggested the mood changing polish and I LOVE IT. When your fingers are warm, it’s a lighter color and when you’re cold it changes to the darker color. I enjoyed my experience and I felt like the prices were reasonable. Definitely would go back again! :)

Went here on a Thursday right around 5:40PM.
I first asked for a manicure and pedicure. They told me to pick a color. While I was picking my color the woman assigned to me filled the water for a pedicure. She told me to sit down in the chair when I was done choosing my color. I sat down and decided to get just a color change on my toes (since I had just gotten a pedicure two weeks ago and a full on pedicure was unnecessary at this point) and a no chip manicure. The price would be exactly the same as my original request. She took forever to come back to me anyhow. Not that I minded, it just gave me more time to think.
I chose my no chip color (fire engine red) and when she pulled the polish out it looked very orange. I asked her “is that fire engine red?” Sooo RUDELY she said “I don’t know” with a very snarky and annoyed tone. She aggressively handed me the polish and it was the code that was on pallet of colors I chose from and then walked away making some sort of motion. I thought she was telling me to get out of the spa chair. So I got up to follow her and sat in the chair of the station she sat at. She told me to get up and said “no, you’re not done” and shooed me out of the chair and away from her station. I guess in all the very short time it took for that to transpire, someone else had been assigned to her.
She turned around and started with the new girl who had sat down. I was standing there in the middle of the aisle confused as hell as to what the hell had just happened and what I was actually supposed to do even if I wanted to continue getting my nails done there.
That’s not it! I go up front and was going to leave, but she had already taken off my polish and put on s clear coat so I wasn’t sure if that would be stealing. I asked for someone else to finish me. They made me wait about 5 minutes or so. The next lady started off nice and helped me pick out my reds.
She left polish smeared on my big and first little toe. And not just a little. It was ridiculous. And she only did one coat. I asked her to take it off and i paid the 10 and left.
I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!
This is the first snot. AVOID HER!
They were nice and friendly, did a good job on my nails. Didn't have to drive far from home. Tina did my nails. I recommend them. Thanks guys.
Great customer service! This is the best nail salon I've ever went. Owner was a great artist! They gave me an original nail oil, original nail file and removal sets for customer who can't make an appointment to removal during COVID because reduced the salon's capacity, and great customer service. The nail kept almost two months! It didn't came off any pieces which is the first time ever! I definitely come back future trip.
Sue Anne has been in this location for many many years, yet she keeps it beautifully updated with new equipment and a gorgeous remodel done recently. They are very affordable and each staff member has years of experience and expertise. These ladies are the best!
I had a pedicure with Cindy she did an exceptionally good job on my feet. They really needed work and she gave me a wonderful massage. Not 5 starts they spoke in their own language the entire time. Which can come off rude to other customers. Other than that job well done!
